Unobtrusive staff at the reception desk, updated, spotless rooms.

Very central location and wonderful hotel itself. Really quiet area.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Reasonably spacious rooms and hypoallergenic pillows. Comfortable bedroom and exceptionally comfortable beds. Early check in & the service was excellent.

The staff was responsible and thoughtful. There were a mini-bar, a balcony, and coffee in the rooms, which made them great-sized and newly renovated.

Well-organized and newly remodelled hotel located in a nice quiet area close to the historical city centre, the "Rathausplatz" and the Christmas shopping village and nice restaurants to choose from.

Got the same beautifully maintained executive double room with a nice balcony towards the inner yard booked online, thoroughly enjoyed that. The stuff there where extremely helpful and very friendly. The setting was magnificent and lovely, just next door to the Ringstrasse, and the Rathaus underground station & tram stops. It also was by great restaurants.

Marvellous and lovely location to the centre particularly all the Christmas markets. And next to many good shops and cafes, a supermarket, nearest metro and Hofburg Palace. Extremely spacious and updated unit in style of 1980th.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered superior double room with balcony. The location of the hotel was magnificent - at a moderate distance from an official residence.

the stay here was excellent for the price. we had a tidy and updated room in the pretty building. its location not too far from chelsea was decent and strategic. and the area was pretty nice, just next door to many restaurants & locations, city center and the u-bahn.

Everything there was perfect. Early check-in, neat and updated rooms with spacious bathroom. Location just next door to Christmas Market as well as the center. For tea or coffee visit Cafe The Province nearby. Fine experience there.

it was worth its 3 stars. the room had a great balcony. moreover, bonus was free wi-fi. just a 20-minute stroll to the center.

We had 1 night in Vienna, spend our time here comfortably. It was nice to have an electric kettle and coffee & tea making facilities available.

We greatly enjoyed zipser. We would love to come back here some time on our next trip to Vienna. We dined at Rosnovskyundco, that is just 500 feet away...
