Staff were really helpful. The hotel was in a comfortable location, close to subway.

Incredibly comfortable room itself with free Wi-Fi as well as complimentary champagne. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

It was a second to none place to stay in Vienna. The staffs were friendly & very welcoming. The location turned out to be super and great. You could walk to a bakery and shops. Just 5 minutes on foot to Schottenring underground, was a big plus.

Location: the hotel was just next door to metro station at the border of the historical city centre and restaurants that are located in the centre of Vienna during weekend...

Convenient location relatively close to Historic Center of Vienna. The rooms with bathrobes, complimentary champagne, for instance, very amiable staff with the service we received from the apartment manager.

By and large, it was characterful base for sightseeing in Vienna, had much fun and met unobtrusive and personable staff with the service we received from the apartment manager. The location was super for exploring Vienna. The hotel was placed 20 km away from the airport.

The location was EXCELLENT, a minute walk from Flex. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were fairly clean.
