Modest and overall clean place, very amiable staff. Reasonably large room with a sofa set and a telephone for a very pleasant stay. A very nice area, fantastic and wonderful location adjacent to several good restaurants and bars, the Karl square, and the city center.

The stay was very good; nothing too much trouble. The breakfast was marvellous with fresh rolls and excellent cappuccino and nice cheese, the location was perfect. The room was great-sized and newly decorated and included a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges. The daily service was efficient.

The rooms were a nice size in all other floors and had all necessary facilities. The breakfast was varied with excellent cappuccino and nice cheese, for instance and had something for everyone. The location of this hotel close enough to comfortable enough, Underground, and THE METRO STATION AND MARIAS THERESIA 'S PALACE was convenient and easy. The staff were extremely helpful, service-minded.

The hotel was placed in the very central location 5 to 6 minutes of two key underground stations. The staff were all nice, courteous. The room was tidy, huge.

Liked how modest and gorgeous the property was. The guest room was equipped with basic facilities, including a couch and a phone. The view was lovely, the service was good.

All the employees were service-minded and very caring. The setting was perfect, short walk to many other sights, and the city centre, U-bahn and to the main pedestrian street. Staying here for one night was really good, totally recommendable.

The room was en suite and modern with the basics, a huge TV, for instance, at least for me.

Overall clean, amazing value hotel, the location was convenient and ideal so close to sightseeing, museums, shops, subway, and the Cathedral of St Stephen's. Functional and newly remodelled room available with a huge TV, private bathroom, shower. Public parking and rich breakfast with very good coffee, fresh rolls, nice cheese.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, though everything was perfect. The venue had best and attentive staff who made the stay good. The hotel's location was particularly good and excellent, close enough to the restaurant and the underground and the high street. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

All of the staff was service-minded and very amiable. The rooms were all a nice size and beautifully maintained in all other floors. It was nice to have a safe box, a hair dryer, and a couch.

This hotel was set in a very central area really close to the Museum Quarter, the Nascht markt, the railway-access to the airport and a stop for the Hop on Hop off bus, famous attractions in the city centre and the centre of Vienna. I was offered a rich breakfast with all basic ingredients.

The staff was nice, courteous, and everything was great. The location was wonderful, only a short distance to Spittelberg Quarter. Plus, it was very close to Karlsplatz, and the U4 metro station.

It had exceptionally nice location adjacent to 2 metro stations-Museumquartier and Kettenbruckergasse, the open market and museum quarter, and a nice cocktail bar. 06. Mariahilf district was worth exploring.

Great area, great and fantastic location, just next door to 2 metro stations and the museum quarter, Naschmarkt, Karlsplatz and then the city centre and all the museums, the naschmarkt, the palace, a shopping street.

The hotel was big size, overall clean and had rich and amazing breakfast. The atmosphere created was quiet. I had reasonably large room in all other floors. The hot drinks in Irish bar were very welcome.

It was really overall clean and MODEST hotel, would recomand. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, the staff were very friendly. A shopping street and a main shopping street were right next door. I asked for king room and it was newly decorated in all other floors.

The location was awesome near the museum quarter, you may take train on Otto-Wagner-Pavillon train station within 10 minutes walk from here. Airy guest room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Its service was fantastic.

Had a pleasant 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Great service, provided by the best and attentive staff. Street view was lovely, the room was new-fashioned and en suite. I appreciated their lovely beds. The location was good and excellent for walking around an art museum. The area was very very nice just off major city sights, such Hofburg palace, Twin museums in Maria Theresia platz, the Rathaus, Stephansplatz and Albertina museum, public transport, restaurants and museums quartier and all the center attractions and museums. The breakfast was varied and amazing, I would have stayed for longer.
