It had magnificent and incredible location with access to Sainsbury's nearby.

Booked it for 1 day and had a fairly nice experience. Affable staff who cared about me. Got double room when arrived, liked that. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was reasonably clean here. The location was very central, particularly good close to the city center.

The venue was set in the very central position just off the shop and the city centre.

I have just spent 1 day in double room and really enjoyed it. The sparkling clean bathroom was the best. The staff was amiable and exceptionally nice, took good care of everyone. The location was marvellous, just off most attractions, the train station, and main tourist spots.

Everything was perfectly fine, with responsive staff, met the demands. The hotel had an unbeatable and exceptionally nice position, close to downtown.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful hole time of my stay. Deluxe queen room was the best. The venue was in a very central location very close to many sights and hub, and the train station. Besides, Buckingham Palace was 2 km away from the property. I recommend the place.

My favourite property in Vienna. Enjoyable base for travelling to Vienna and exploring local places. Extra care from the amiable staff. All in all marvellous setting short walk to the train station, Vienna city center and the centre. Also, close to downtown.

The hotel was in a very central location in the Vienna city center. Further, it was just off the central area as well as tram and bus. We greatly enjoyed to spend 2 days in deluxe queen room.

The location was convenient - so close to the Vienna city center and tram and bus.

If need be, I can't wait to come back cos it met the demands.

Rooms with a great decor. Particularly good, incredible location close to downtown. Also - near to the centre of Vienna, the city center, and the train station.

Wi-Fi wasn't working.

The hotel was located short walk to many sights and hub for traffic transport. My guest room had a safe box and a television with satellite channels. The beds where very comfy and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The location was excellant and incredible, around 10-15 minutes walk from Viennese coffeehouses.

Sadly, but there was dust in some areas.

All in all, it was superb base for travelling to Vienna. The hotel was in an excellent position very close to the central area. 09. Alsergrund district was worth staying in. The bathroom in my guest room was spotlessly clean. A hairdryer and bath sheets were a plus. Very responsive staff, provided useful info.

Deluxe hotel with responsive staff. Convenient setting in the safe area, next to the Vienna city center, the central area and major attractions. And a 15-minute walk from a Romanesque church.

A deluxe double room has basic facilities you need. I enjoyed amiable and responsive personnel that ensures guests have a comfortable stay. The location is marvellous and awesome, 2 km from Imperial Treasury Vienna Museum.

Planned to see Vienna major attractions and it was ideal place for visiting all of them. Everything was good, I recommend
