Quick check in and efficient service overall. Exclusive ambiance in a very central setting. Based in a shopping area.

The location was excellent, just off the center of the city, and the U Bahn and the old town, in a lively area. Also, St James's Park was 2 km away from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed the good-sized and unique room with a nice view.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant with a magnificent view over Vienna. It boasted exceptional views of downtown.

The location offered was marvellous and brilliant very close to all the attraction, the SO/ Rooftop restaurant which had fantastic panorama views of the city and great food and staff and the metro, spectacular view and courtesy of the staff.

The location was good and perfect, next to the best Streets and areas, and airport transports, metro and tram stations, and the private parking was an excellent bonus. The morning breakfast was outstanding and great with pastries, the best view in town, smoothies.

The view of cathedral was EXCEPTIONAL, as well as very central location really close to the U Bahn and the old town, and the bridge from Schwedenplatz underground. Plus, the hotel was situated just a short stroll away from Stephansplatz. The room was fashionable and new-fashioned, had a TV, coffee and tea making facilities.

Make sure you stay in the cosy queen room with the view of the city. The location is marvellous and peaceful, 20 km from the airport. We will be back.

We got the king room and it was new-fashioned. The hotel had particularly good and ideal location next to all the attraction and the main shopping strip. Also, we could easily get to Bessborough Gardens.

This was an excellent location very close to the bridge from Schwedenplatz underground. Plus, the place was within easy access to a small museum.

Facilities were nice, though Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The room was absolutely perfect and bright, the bathroom was luxurious. The staff were courteous and nice, everything was great. The location was very central, great for a cathedral and a tower located walk from the hotel. Set walk from bars and restaurants, it was a plus.

The location was good and unbeatable - ease of access to Schwedenbrucke Bridge. And the area was modern, not far from the best Streets and areas in town, the churches formerly removed treasures and quite. I was here for 2 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant with a wonderful view.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very nice stay on vacation. Truly enjoyed a TV set, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We walked everywhere, the location was good and perfect, in the open area. Further, it was so close to St Stephan's Square and interesting restaurants. The breakfast was great and awesome, they served coffee and tea.

The hotel has well-appointed rooms with a king bed, quite possibly the best view and storage space.

The location was very central, near to the airport by a certain time, Stephansplatz, and airport train. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel. The room was new-fashioned and silent with a magnificent view over the old town. I had extremely comfy bed, a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and central heating.

Great location, it was walk from a cathedral and a tower. The restaurant was top-notch with amazing view at Vienna here, I had wonderful dishes. The staff was very-very nice and provided top-notch services.

Well, it was a really good stay on vacation. The king suite that we stayed in was unique and stylish. The staff was extremely helpful and top-class, kept everything impeccably clean and amazing. The hotel has exceptionally nice location just off the metro station and the tram station, there restaurant and the center of old Vienna.

The location was unbeatable and marvellous, very close to a short bridge to the first, restaurants and cafes and the city sights, and Stephansplatz in the 1st district. It also was so very close to the centre.

The room was good sized and unique with most spectacular view, comfortable chairs, for instance, booked it for £ 280. I appreciated having breakfast in the restaurant. This hotel was located in a very central area short walk to the SO/ Rooftop restaurant, public transport, and the bridge from Schwedenplatz underground and the main shopping strip leading to Stephansplatz. The venue's position was very central. Brilliant service, even though a few employees were inconsistent.

All the rooms are unique and silent on storage space and the staff are really good. The location is very central. The rooftop restaurant is magnificent place to hang out, with amazing view at Vienna.

The room was well-appointed and nice modern, with a nice view and the bedroom, slept really well. The service was efficient, totally satisfied. Took advantage of concierge service, offered at no cost. The hotel was in a perfect and nice location, by subway at the Stephansplatz stop.

Spotlessly clean place with unforgettable view over downtown. Silent room, luxury bathroom with a bathtub. Particularly good and unbeatable location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from So Austria. Walking distance to shopping streets and fairgrounds across the street.

Beds were very bad.

Had great-sized room with a view, and I couldn't ask for more. The accommodation had a very central location very close to the city centre.

The rooms are unique and silent with most spectacular view on the center of Vienna and shower plus the bedroom. The location is incredible and wonderful, within a close distance from Clock Museum.

The bathroom was huge, and the room itself was bright and tasteful. We had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a shower, a hair dryer and soft bathrobes. The location was quiet, within easy walking distance of a large museum.

The room of this place was bright with all white interior. The staff were courteous and fine, gave us great tips.

There was a huge room with a view. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast with amazing views.

Thoroughly enjoyed almost everything, including views and location, they were amazing! Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. We had goodies and coffee at Cafe Ansari, it was located minute walk from the venue. This hotel is equal to 5 stars.

Comfortable bed and tasty breakfast. It's worth staying here and exploring Leopoldstadt district. Send regards to valet. We only slept at the executive suite, but we enjoyed it. Plus, free Wi Fi worked well:)))
