The staff - nice and absolutely kind. Large and fashionable units with the ventilation system, a kettle, for example.

Fairly clean accommodation, very kind staff with both the front office manager and the restaurant manager. Modern double room, very comfy beds. Cool and beautiful hotel in an excellent setting near the metro station with a couple of stops to the Stephansplatz.

Everything here was first-class, I would stay here again. Had a really really nice stay for winter time. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that the room was beautifully designed and the bed was extremely comfy. The view of the city was absolutely fabulous. The location was particularly good and stunning, for example, Tegetthof Denkmal was not too far from the hotel. Furthermore, the area was really quiet.

The location was marvellous and fantastic for walking around Praterstern Square. This hotel was in a new area right by close to metro, Prater and Congress center, and a pedestrian area.

Quiet location, a short walk to Madame Tussauds Vienna. A nice size rooms with a double bed with magnificent views.

We had the twin/double room which was decent sized and modern with a double bed. The location was lovely - not far from Praterstern trein/tram station and the nearby river. 02. Leopoldstadt district was worth visiting. We recommend this hotel, spent here nice 1 night.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with street views, everything was perfect. All the employees were very kind and amazingly nice. The restaurant was magnificent for dinner here, I had tasty dishes. Central location was a plus.

We ate at an excellent restaurant with the delicious breakfast. The views across street were fabulous!

The stay here was really great for winter time. The food was delightful and the bar was lovely. The room I stayed in was comfy and complete with double bed as well as the bathroom. Lovely and gorgeous staff who were always there to help.

It had central location close to Fluc & Fluc Wanne. You could walk to a bakery and a supermarket. I ate at a good restaurant with the delicious breakfast.

The units were a nice size with well maintained machines. The location is peaceful and the staff are competent.

Peaceful and easy location to explore Vienna, GREAT breakfast with wide options of food and fruits and juices. Really nice bed in the twin/double room, plus a laptop-compatible safe, central heating and an electronic key card.

The room itself was amazingly comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was near the Giant Wheel and Park, tube, and Prater and the metro thanks to its marvellous and stunning location.

Make sure to get double room with 2 cards, a double bed, for instance. The location is practical, 3 km from Viennese coffeehouses. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance of hotel.
