Overall it was well-designed and airy, with a separate bathroom.

We had a large bedroom. Well-trained and fabulously helpful stuff and the breakfast was delicious with unusual varieties of condiments, good coffee and wine. The location was perfect and convenient, really close to the Heldenplatz, the museums, local cafes and restaurants and cafes, restaurants, museums, and shopping in the Zentrum and the Naschmarkt.

Fairly clean and terrific place, outstanding breakfast with a huge variety of options. A huge variety of appetising options for meal.

Themed and brand-new units available with Haestens beds, terrace, for example. Totally really good stay in February.

Quiet and ideal location for visiting vineyards and restaurants. Very easy to get from Vienna International airport, just 25 km. Very friendly staff, tastefully decorated family room. Hot and delicious breakfast with a lot of meals.

The staff were well-trained yet not intrusive.

I appreciated it. Well, it was a real good stay in February. The rooms were themed and the location was ideal.

Quiet atmosphere and quiet location just next door to the city centre, Spitelberg and the metro station and the tram station. Again, walking distance to Broadley Street Gardens.

All of the staff was super friendly and affable. The hotel was situated in the very central location pretty close to the old city centre. The place was located in a quiet street.

Overall it was surprisingly spacious, with an open bathroom.

Stylish and chic accommodation with incredible setting short walk to several very good restaurants, coffee houses, and the MariaTheresestrasse shopping district, the centre for the museums and attractions and trams / trains. Outstanding service, wonderful and delicious breakfast spread. Not to mention fast wifi!

Stayed in unique double room with great touches. The location was good and fantastic in a quiet street. It was a quaint hotel, I would come here again.

Quiet location for our visit to Museum of Natural History Vienna relatively near the hotel.

The location was handy and perfectly comfortable for me as it was next to Viena centre, The Hofburg Palace and the best independent shops, the tram, the U Bahn and 5-7 minutes from the Imperial Austria precinct. I enjoyed to spend time in the superb wine bar.

The property was immaculately clean and staff was well-trained. Good dishes served at the outdoor restaurant.

We had delicious breakfasts and visited an excellent bar on-site.

I spend 4 nights in Vienna really good. The breakfast was absolutely superb and delicious with cheeses, fab wine and bacon to choose from. Generally everything was really good, but the bathroom was very dated. The location seemed quiet in the close proximity to bus station. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel.

Air conditioner, an individual safe, and a mini-bar available in the family room. Spacious bedroom, such great stay, late check-out.

Not that friendly staff!

The staff was competent and well-trained, the accommodation was top-class and reasonably clean. Quiet and absolutely perfect location to shopping areas in Mariahilfer Strasse & Nebau was a plus.

Everything was excellent, had a very nice stay in February. We had practical double room with complimentary WiFi, great touches, as for instance.

Had a such great stay which seemed every two hours during the night. Had a family room, and we appreciated it.

Hot breakfast to start the day. Ideal, perfectly comfortable location in Vienna, near to all the major attractions, which is adjacent to the Budapest-Keleti Train Station, and Close to the museum quarter.

The room was themed and beautifully decorated, with murals. Its perfect, central location was a plus. We ate in the wonderful restaurant which was reasonably priced.

We couldn't find sport gym.

I enjoyed being in this place. The weather was warm, had really really nice stay in February. I had unique and airy double room. The bathroom was nicely designed with a hair dryer, a rain shower and bathrobes.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and the room great-sized and brand-new. The service was very good, that made the hotel well-designed place. On the plus side, there was parking nearby.

Attentive personnel and perfect location close to the U-Bahn. Adjacent to the tourist centre, and a short walk to the Metro to travel to the centre of town. Very special stay which seemed every two hours during the night.

The breakfast was particularly good and outstanding with fab wine, good coffee and meats. I had exceptionally comfortable bed and murals in the surprisingly spacious.

Everything was great, including welcoming and pleasant staff. The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Hands Up. Further, it was next to tram station, key attractions, and museums. The place had a family atmosphere. By the way, we paid gbp 22 per day for parking lot...

The location was best possible and brilliant, for example, an official residence was within walking distance of the hotel. There was a nice restaurant, shops and boutiques next door. The service was great during all my really nice stay. All the facilities were great.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a laptop safe, a mini-bar and central heating in the double room. It was huge with views of courtyard. Got concierge service free of charge, not bad too:)))

The hotel was spotless with good location and spacious rooms. We had a street view and a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a seating area. Would definitely return here as they provided EXCEPTIONAL service.

We loved the fact that we chose rathaus wein & design. A gym for guests. Our favorite hotel in Vienna, we do recommend it...
