Great base for exploring Vienna. Exceptionally clean place with friendly and nice staff. Incredible and particularly good location, a 10-15 minute walk from a world-famous opera house.

The location was absolutely perfect and strategic, for example, an official residence was relatively close to the hotel. And it was also right by the center of old Vienna, the opera house which is where most tours start from and Christmas markets. There were comfortable beds and central heating, coffee/tea makers and satellite TV in the double room.

My 3 nights in Vienna were VERY LOVELY. The staff were all superfriendly, which was unquestionably a plus. The room was neat with coffee/tea making machines and fridges. The bed seemed comfortable and it was immaculately clean all around. I appreciated spending time here.

Had 4 nights in Vienna, spending our time here lovely. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, just 5 minutes walk from an official residence. Moreover, it's very close to st stephens cathedral, Stephansplatz, and the center of old Vienna.
