All members of the staff were amazingly nice and very pleasant. The setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of Praterstern Square. Also was close to restaurants and pubs. Was a right place for christmas.

That was good value hotel set in fairly quiet area, very close to the restaurant as well as reception, the castle, and Prater train station and amusement park. I was given compact and modern room just how expected it to be with TV, a private shower, for instance.

Everything in this pretty standard hotel was absolutely fine, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff there were incredibly nice and friendly. The service was all in all excellent.

Accommodation was wonderful little and clean, rooms were brand-new. The location was reasonably priced and convenient for traveling around Vienna, next to two metro stations and trains, trams, facilities in Vienna. The restaurant was not very far from the hotel.

location: the hotel was close to the center of vienna, metro and city and also the big ferris wheel. a huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like gasthaus hansy that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
