Thank you for a perfect stay for a business trip. Magnificent location, it's set very close to the schonbrunn itself or a nice copy at least, the opera and several tram and metro lines and St Stephens church.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice: shopping malls and a main shopping street were within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent and great and with served drinks, the staff was very amiable. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very good.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, climate control and a mobile. The location was incredible in the very center.

The room was quiet and bright, and it had a storage and a mobile that were useful. The service was EXCELLENT with a fast check-in. Moreover, we parked the car nearby.

Think that this little and absolutely fabulous hotel is beyond compare, loved it. The place is fairly clean, the room is elegant, the staff is kind and nice.

Marvellous, lovely location in 01. Innere Stadt district just off Stephansdom as well as opera house, shopping, restaurants. An air conditioner and a mobile available in the superior double room. The staff was amazing friendly and the bed was large.

Had 2 days in Vienna, spending my time here lovely. The breakfast was satisfactory, sensational with healthy options. This location was comfortable, next to the famous opera house, and Vienna Central train station and other Vienna attractions. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Mozart, they had some goodies, drinks.

The most important - marvellous and lovely location close to the pedestrian area. And short walk to Albertine museum, Hofburg palace complex & easy walk to old city centre, other transports and metro station & main shopping area.

The hotel was in a very central location to the main sights in Vienna. When it was very hot outside we decided to visit Stadtboden, nice place to chill. The room was bright, spotless & had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The design was lovely.

Had a quite comfortable stay for a business trip, everything was perfect. Enjoyed spotless room for my things, felt like we were home. The location was marvellous and particularly good, a 10-15 minute walk from an official residence. And the area was downtown, next to main shopping street, and Vienna State Opera.

It had particularly good location with access to Karlsplatz nearby❤👍

The room was comfortable quiet with a lovely old Viennese style, cozy touches plus a quiet ambience and the overall experience for a business trip was very lovely. I liked that the design was nice. The location of the hotel was perfect - not too far from a large municipal park. And it was also so close to the opera house, main pedestrian street, restaurants and tube station and shops, restaurants, and museums.

Food was excellent, staff was reasonably good. The room was functional, moreover compact with a kitchen. We were offered a very good service.

The location is unbelievable and marvellous, it's right by a tram, bus or metro as well as the major sites. There is Cafe Mozart nearby for a cup of coffee.

Beds were a little hard.

We had a bright room in a perfect imperial style, enjoyed it. The staff were pleasant and courteous and the design was lovely. The location was marvellous and brilliant, not too far away from an official residence. Besides, it was adjacent to the center of Vienna, and the sights, restaurants, and public transportation.

The standard queen room was large with comfortable beds. This accommodation was in the central location near everything.

Unique base for a 3-night stay. All in all, I spend my time amazingly. Hotel's location was excellent. Besides, it was within 400 feet of a 19th-century habsburg palace.

We loved almost everything: Amazing location, friendly staff. The fact that it was within walking distance of Karlsplatz subway station. Want to say thank you for amazing stay.

An easy walk to the restaurant Figlmueller. The hofburg is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We greatly enjoyed staying at pension suzanne. The venue was so close to Wien Westbahnhof train station...
