Hotel Park Villa

The rooms were beautifully maintained and with balcony. Its location was magnificent and unbeatable, in the 18th district which has been converted, and in a family friendly area. Also, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from Josef Kainz.

Everything was perfect, had a nice stay of 9 nights. Its staff was courteous and welcoming. I got a well-appointed and spotless room with balcony facing a very nice internal garden, a nice view plus modern bathroom.

The location was quiet and perfect there, in a green posh neighbourhood. The rooms were well-appointed and beautifully maintained with balcony and had all necessary facilities...

It is the best place to stay if your are looking for rest. The location is unbeatable and magnificent, to the Nussdorferstrasse stop of the U6 line. And it's nestled in a very lovely building just next door to a subway, tram, or another bus as well as the beautiful Turkenschanzpark. I just want to say thank you!

Their breakfast is cold, can definitely be improved.

It was in a quiet and unbeatable location in quiet residential area. What's more, it was short walk to a park, a quiet, upmarket and picturesque suburb of Vienna and metros.

The breakfast itself was nothing special, can be far better.

Close to a bus station, the location was magnificent and unbeatable, in a beautiful area. Went to Takan"s Fischrestaurant for drink or two, set just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Fairly quiet, outstanding room, ACTIVE staff at check-out. The location excellent and unbeatable in a quiet area. Also - not far from the bus stop and the whole public transport system in Vienna.

Well-appointed hotel room with a really big bed and private bathroom. Had relatively new a refrigerator, air conditioner and an individual safe.

Overall had pleasant stay of 9 nights. The staff were all extremely helpful and the breakfast was nice hot and delicious with nuts and rolls and hot items.

we enjoyed it, especially its rooms and atmosphere. popped in takan"s fischrestaurant for shots before sleep, it was within walking distance of the venue.

We stayed 4 nights and would come here again when visiting Austria. We had a sunny balcony. Their garden was gorgeous too.

this hotel's really close to tourist places like imperial palace. we would definitely recommend the property to everyone as its location was perfect.
