Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof

It was bright, fairly quiet and with an enormous tv. The food was exceptional and the staff was courteous. Marvellous and brilliant location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

The hotel was in a very central setting close to many attractions that are well connected by public transport. Further, it was right by the central train station and tram stop.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice and the staff were very skilled. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Golden Cross Roundabout bus stop.

Everything was really good, very good service, perfect location adjacent to the the main railway Station named Wien Hauptbahnhof, the main train/tube stations and Center of the city St Stephan's cathedral. The room was tastefully decorated and well-equipped and it had an electric kettle, a storage, and an iron.

Its personnel was pleasant and welcoming, no complains at all. Had a storage and an iron in my spotless and silent room.

Had very delightful stay for one night. Our breakfast was tasty and great and with good quality, the staff was nice.

I did not want to leave, so 100% recommend this hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my very delightful stay for one night. My triple room was luxurious and quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom here was nice. The staff was courteous, I will never forget them.

It was in a perfect and nice location with Botanischer Garten nearby. The stuff where well-trained and amazingly helpful and the restaurant was very clean!

I greatly enjoyed the breakfast food available in the restaurant. The room was spotless and silent, with smoke detectors and pleasant views. Location: the hotel was next to the rail station, a 30 minutes walk to Stephan's dome / square / city center, and the airport and the centre.

It was also set close to a tube station. I have stayed in standard family room with fantastic view, modern overhead shower plus comfortable bed for 3 nights.

Booked the hotel for its prime and top location so close to the railway station and the underground station as well as the City Hall, Imperial Palace, St Stephens cathedral and the Danube. The decoration was modern, spotless and fashionable room.

We think it's a good choice for staying in Vienna. It has a magnificent and top location really close to the underground and many shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in the area, main attractions and the airport.
