The superior family room with a bath had basic facilities you need.

The hotel was big and facilities were very good, it had nice and perfect location really close to Danube river and Prater, Vienna downtown and the the tube station.

Generally, the place was perfect and had attentive and respectful staff in restaurant f & b service. Got rich breakfasts with every taste and dishes refilled quickly, as for instance.

Nice meal and very good service. A mini bar and a writing desk in the room and the nice bed. Rich and sensational breakfast with a lot of hot/cold dishes.

The hotel was ideal and the staff was hospitable, it had fantastic location very close to Nestroplatz metro station.

It's huge family-friendly hotel, everything is modern here. The breakfast is rich and sensational with dishes refilled quickly, every taste and different options to cater for everyone needs, had everything you could imagine.

By and large, it was super base for sightseeing in Vienna, had much fun and met extremely helpful and top-class staff in restaurant f&b service. The breakfast was rich and very good with reasonable coffee, and reasonably priced.

The hotel was huge, with attentive stuff and unbeatable location really close to the underground. Got well furnished and well-appointed executive room with a good desk space when arrived, loved that. The service was very good, that made the property lovely quiet place. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

We had 3 good days here, do recommend the place. Everything was really good, clean hotel, excellent and perfect location to shops restaurants. Booked a room with panoramic views, and the staff were very amiable and respectful people at reception desk. The bed was great; and there was a bath.

The workers were welcoming. The location was marvellous and peaceful, adjacent to city centre, restaurants, bars and city center and tram, in a central area. I checked out a large museum, that was set at a medium distance from the property.

Location: the hotel was not far from cafes as well as restaurants and cafes. Also, it was just 1 km from Hands Up. The food was BRILLIANT with a good choice of alternatives.

The location was stunning, relatively near So Austria. The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a very very nice area.

Everything was wonderful, exceptional staff, best possible location near to the Nestroyplatz underground station, 2 stations from Stephanplatz, a good area and saint Stephan cathedral. My standard queen room had modern conveniences, including an electric kettle, air conditioning and an individual safe. The service was terrific, I had 4 good nights here. Besides, I was able to park nearby. I enjoyed it, recommendable.

Everything is great here, had a fantastic stay on a short business trip. It has compact and soundproof rooms with sofa bed. The location is marvellous, 2 km from two Baroque palaces. An underground station is close to the hotel that is in restaurant other than breakfast.

The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. We loved our coffee with goodies at Leones Gelato. Thanks very much, we would stay here again.

Easy to get to hundertwasser house, stephansplatz was also next to the hotel. Private parking was definitely a highlight.

we went to family and friends for dinner, it was only 200 feet away and we were satisfied. prater that was 15 minutes walk away and other tourist spots were really close to this place. no complaints, this cheap hotel met needs. we appreciated novotel wien city so we would stay here again without hesitation.
