No complaints, the venue exceeded all expectations, strongly recommend it. The total stay was such great on a business trip. The staff was perfect and positive.

Rich and extensive breakfasts with all products and pastries, the facilities were really good. The location was best possible for Vienna, short walk to all the stores, excellent Austrian restaurant and the market street close to all shops in the shopping center area.

The room had air conditioning, complimentary wireless internet and soundproof windows plus safe, provided for safety measures.

By and large, it was ideal place with affable staff who are above-and-beyond service. I ate at a magnificent restaurant for dinner. I had a very comfy bed, and climate control, a kettle, and a phone. The location was good, at a moderate distance from a 19th-century Habsburg palace.

Had real good stay on all nights of our stay, the staff were customer-facing, location was perfect close to most sights Vienna has to offer. Superior queen room with great king size bed was the best.

It was clean, I would happily go back again. All in all everything was great, had a really great stay on all nights of my stay. Last time I stopped, had outstanding and comfy room with separated bedroom.

The breakfast was savoury and satisfactory, I appreciated lots of food they served. I had standard king room with windows overlooking street and exceptionally comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was really close to the Maria Hilfer shopping street, restaurants and a subway line. Everything exceeded all expectations, I will be back.

I liked looking at inner courtyard from the window of the superior room. The bed was comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows. This accommodation was in the central location in the city centre.

A superior hotel with a great selection of spacious rooms to relax in. Only 15 min walk to downtown. We had goodies and coffee at La Cite, it was located right by the venue.

We had 3 nights in Vienna, spend our time here greatly. The hotel had a central position. Enjoyed to hang out in the center, it's a 10-15 minute walk from the property. The service was excellent in that hotel.

Wi fi was terrible.

Leopold museum is at a small distance, Volkstheater u-Bahn subway station can be reached within 5 minutes walk. Our hotel was located very close to tourist attractions like schoenbrunn palace;))

the location was great, with nordsee nearby, where we could eat. hotel is an easy base for a trip in vienna.
