Good and perfect location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. Liked our air conditioned room with view and the staff were excellent and affable.

Some people working there were a little unfriendly.

The room itself was well furnished and had a marvellous view of the belvedere castle. The bathroom was big size and the beds really big.

This hotel was great value and modern in every respect, had extremely friendly staff at the reception desk. The location of the property was excellent, in the city center.

Had well-equipped standard room with amazing views to belvedere palace and wake-up service was available in it.

Had a big size room to myself with a non-working AC, coffee facilities plus wine glasses. Having a hair dryer, a shower cap, and fresh towels was a bonus.

Magnificent location in the fascinating area, short walk to city hall as well as the tram. Again, walking distance to Botanischer Garten.

The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was perfect and super for all tastes. We were given a standard room on arrival, it was silent.

Stayed in this property for 4 nights and greatly enjoyed our choice. That was exceptionally comfortable hotel set in very pleasant area, not far from the centre of the city, museums, main road, and Parliament and Belvedere and even the centre of the city. The staff was accommodating, kept everything fairly clean and very good. The location was particularly good, around 10-15 minutes walk from Schwarzenbergplatz.

I appreciated being in this place. Had 4 days in Vienna, spending my time here lovely. The breakfast was tasty and perfect and for all tastes, the staff was exceptional. The room was recently renovated, air-conditioned and included a mini-fridge-bar, climate control and an individual safe. The location was marvellous, next to all the stops on the Ring south and west sides, and the international airport. It also was close to the Belvedere Palace museums.

Amazing place with exceptional employees at the reception desk. Location right by the city centre, train station and supermarkets, the center and Rennweg train station which connects directly to the airport.

The superior room with the garden, balcony overlooking the garden, as for instance. Very easy to get from Vienna International airport, just 20 km.

Spotless and silent room looking out at street. Comfortable beds. Best possible, incredible location by public transport.

The venue was in a very central location next to Stadtpark, the airport by train and outskirts of the city. Landstrasse district was worth staying in. The room was practical with the garden as well as an armchair and the overall experience was really nice. An electric kettle and glassware worked well.

The hotel was clean, I loved it. Having multi-channel television, a study table and a radio in my huge room was really great. I was happy to have a quiet and the staff were affable and excellent. Spent here 3 quiet days and would return anytime...

The location was perfect for getting around, as an underground station was near the hotel. Moreover, the area was downtown. The bed was very comfy & room was neat. The breakfast was sensational and hearty and the parking was on site.

Every visit to Vienna we like to stay here. This pleasant hotel occupies a very good building in the historic style. The location is magnificent and top, 2 km from Orangerie. It's just off S-Bahn.

Overall it was an excellent stay for one night. A personal safe, air conditioning and a minibar inside the standard room were handy. The restaurant was nice, and the staff superfriendly and exceptional. You could leave a car nearby.
