The setting was NICE, close enough to the garden, the town center and Grinzing. It also was by tram. The room was beautifully decorated and fairly quiet, had private bathroom. The cost was £ 90.

the location was particularly good and perfect, near from the town center, in the very nice area. i had coffee at kurkonditorei oberlaa, located within 5 minutes walk. double room was comfy and absolutely perfect.
