All in all, it's gorgeous place that has knowledgeable and competent staff from the maids spoke to to the receptionist and restaurant staff. Its location is amazing & good, just off very vivid tourist area, and the cathedral, and the Metro.

Our standard double room with an air conditioner and a storage space was themed. The location was comfortable and the staff members were outstandingly helpful.

Plenty of products for an above average breakfast. Marvellous location in a downtown area near to sightseeing like St Stephen's Cathedral and Hofburg Palace, all the main tourist attractions and many restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Ideal location in the excellent area, right by the U Bahn Stops Schwedenplatz and Stephansplatz, shopping precinct, supermarkets and access to other attractions in Vienna. Besides, excellent for visiting Imperial Treasury Vienna Museum.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Thanks everyone for a very very good stay on holidays. The location was excellent, close to all the sightseeings, in the secure area. We could also easily get to Dean Village. The breakfast was above average and very very good with even a glutenfree bread.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with outstandingly accommodating people from the maids spoke to to the receptionist and restaurant staff. The location was great and amazing yet it was really close to downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot.

It made my trip to Vienna a really nice experience. I was there for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. Excellent services were available. Besides, the parking was nearby. The hotel had a very central setting in the centre of Vienna. And it was also short walk to the shopping district close to metro lines, shops, restaurants and cafes and tram lines.

It was exceptionally clean, the staff was knowledgeable and competent, plus the service was excellent. The privilege king room was compact, included a hairdryer, soft bathrobes and a shower cap. The location turned out to be excellent, very close to u-bahn station, town centre and the center of the shopping district. It also was to saint Stephen cathedral & shopping area.

The breakfast was above average, with plenty of goodies. The restaurant here was nice for dinner, we both ordered warm dishes. Its location was indeed unbeatable and only 5 minutes walk from Graben.

The location was brilliant, for example, a large museum was at a short distance from the hotel. Further, it was short walk to other attractions, fitness centre and transportation, bus, tram, subway.

You could leave a car nearby. The hotel had a very central location and it was a short walk to So Austria. It was located in a shopping area.

We booked standard king room with an excellent shower and could use wake-up service, available in it.
