Clean accommodation, great and fine staff. Great breakfast for reasonable prices, complimentary drinks.

It offers very good service. The staff are extremely helpful, and the atmosphere is quiet. It has excellent location only a short distance to Western Approaches Museum.

Had fairly nice stay with another night and the weather was warm. I had freshly made food for breakfast for reasonable prices. I stayed here before, always stylish and spotless rooms for the services unavailable at the vienna first. The staff was welcoming, courteous with every request. This hotel was located in a very central area next to restaurants, touristic square and many great restaurants, cafes and Bars and several bars. Apart from that, a buzzing Theatre-district square was 10 minutes away by driving.

Little 4 star hotel with informative staff and rich breakfast. The breakfasts for reasonable prices. Enjoyable location to graben shopping street. Really close to restaurants. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Got double room when arrived, appreciated that. The location was marvellous and lovely, very close to subway station. The staff was polite, so I would stay here again.

The location was stunning on the river was the best. Our room had a very comfy bed and a great view. There was a brand new bathroom with nice toiletries and slippers.

Location next to many great restaurants, St Stephen's Square one way and the river and train station and the centre of the city. A wide range of food at the self service breakfast.

Such a really good stay with another night. Unbeatable location of the hotel, really close to bus stops and tram stations, cafes, bars and restaurants and local shops, restaurants, bars & public transport. Besides, excellent for visiting Viennese coffeehouses.

The room was well-appointed with good facilities, perfect temperature, for example and the overall experience for one night was enjoyable. The varied and very very good breakfast was served in the restaurant.

Location so close to the Mercure Vienna First which is located in a pedestrian square surrounded by bars, the direct bus to the airport and Underground Stations. Lots of food available in the restaurant. Efficient, smart people working here.

The staff seemed absolutely perfect and great. The breakfast was great with excellent freshly made coffee to choose from.

Thanks to awesome location it took us 15 minutes to get to the bus stop. Plus, this hotel is around 4-6 minutes away by foot from centre of the city.

The location is enjoyable and amazing, it's next to Stephansdom, the Schwedenplatz subway station and the direct bus to the airport, St Stephen's Square one way and the river and train station the other way and bus stops. 01. Innere Stadt district deserves your attention.

Marvellous and awesome location a minute walk from Graben, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Clean hotel in an amazing building just off bars and restaurants and both the underground. Dynamic staff, spotless and airy rooms with modern facilities, safe plus maps.

perfect place - really close to a tube station. if you happen to pass by imperial palace, consider staying here, it's 5 minutes walk from here. we were happy to find cafe central 600 m away, where we could eat.
