Mercure Grand Hotel Biedermeier Wien

The units were brand-new and the stuff were amazingly attentive and patient people at the reception at the check-out. The hotel had a super central setting in 2-3 stops be in the very center of all sightseeing attractions. Besides, it was really close to subway lines, surrounded by stores and the main train station which the airport train comes into and then.

Wonderful, fairly clean place with exceptional staff at the reception desk. Delicious and comprehensive breakfast with slices of fresh bread, cereal, and pastries. Magnificent, incredible location in 03. Landstrasse district adjacent to underground, train, bus and tram stations, and St Stephens cathedral. Great choice for christmas.

The staff were happy to help and provided a savoury and hot breakfast with alternatives for gluten and cooked items and lactose free diets.

The location was average, it's a pitty.

The place was quirky, we greatly enjoyed it. The venue's position was central. Moreover, the area was secure.

This was a nice stay for 4 nights. The location of this hotel near to two metro stations and St Stephens cathedral was marvellous. Also, two belvedere palaces was 2 km away.

We had a separate bedroom. And it had exceptional views and very comfy bed.

Super central location near the center of the Vienna, it was in a very nice area. Also, a 19th-century Habsburg palace was 2 km away from the hotel.

Well, Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

We have booked classic king room with great facilities. Our location was stunning and good, close to a train station. Besides, Longford Pump was 4 km away from the property. This hotel met requirements in every way, can't recommend highly enough.

Its location in Vienna was perfect, so close to nice restaurants, the main train station which the airport train comes into and the underground and the train for the airport and a stop for lines of hop on hop off buses.

It had central location close to Bezirksmuseum Landstrasse.

Loved the place, had a very enjoyable stay for 4 nights. The restaurant was excellent with a bar here, I had tasty dishes. A hair dryer, terry dressing gowns, and a shower cap were very handy.

It was in the central location near shopping district. It was also so close to the airport train, supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants and multiple trains to the airport.

Appreciated how beautifully decorated and modern the property was and its patient staff at the reception desk. In the superior suite we had colourful walls as well as a mini fridge and an iron. The airport was 20 km away.

Beds were a bit hard in this place.

The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from Kaerntnerstrasse. There were shops and two supermarkets around the hotel. The restaurant here was good with a bar, we both ordered tasty dishes. Loved the nice decor!

I slept so comfy in the big bed. The facilities were clean and easy to use. The location was magnificent, just a short walk away from The Box. Moreover, it's not far from Stadtpark, Stephansplatz, and the airport.

Easy to get to, unbeatable location near to those areas, the city center and a rather long hike. Compact suite, exceptionally comfortable beds;)))

Not always friendly staff!

The staff was efficient, the accommodation was silent and clean. We only stayed 2 nights, yet the staff were happy to help - ticked all the boxes for us. There was lots of delicious meals.

The location was pleasant and easy, and we could reach The Box by walking. Lots of appetising food, we appreciated it.

Perfect and easy location a 10-15 minute walk from a prominent monument. Neat units with 2 separate double bedrooms and comfortable beds, and welcoming staff.

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The units were spotless with bath. The location is unbeatable in a beautiful area, really close to the metro, 2 subway stops and which is 15 minutes by fast train from the Vienna airport. Every time in Vienna, I choose this place.

friendly staff and a great breakfast. the hotel was located adjacent to touristic places such as the hofburg. an easy walk to plachutta wollzeile, where you can have lunch.
