There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a minibar, central heating, and a TV set with satellite channels inside the room. And there was a pleasant view of the cathedral. The staff was accommodating, pleasant all the time.

The location was incredible, near the centre of the city with plenty of life and walking distance to most popular tourist attractions, the beautiful and friendly people, restaurants, shopping centers, and the main square and easily accessible.

The rooms huge and terrific with super views, a huge terrace, as for instance.

It is a wonderful small property located in 01. Innere Stadt district right by the street level bar / cafe, the main square and the most amazing 3 storey deli/supermarket. The rooms are reasonably sized with view and the staff are amicable. The location is marvellous and amazing, to most popular tourist attractions. They have a roof top bar.

The rooms were airy and huge and with breakfast included. The staff were both pleasant and exceptionally nice.

The breakfasts with really good freshly squeezed orange juice. Elegant room, reasonably sized with shower and the aircon plus a good view, efficient staff.

Overall very nice stay for 3 nights. Amazing bar on-site, rather big and well-designed room with the best shower, Nice bath, super comfortable bed.

Large and well-designed unit with an enormous balcony, wine, excellent soundproofing. A wide array of food for breakfast including coffee and eggs.

Modern rooms come with an enormous balcony, Nice bath, the aircon. The staff is outstandingly accommodating, efficient.

Guests have all their needs satisfied by the outstandingly friendly staff. The rooms are large and have delightful view of St Stephen's cathedral. The hotel provided a very good customer service during our christmas. Besides, it offers parking outside. They serve fab food, have a great selection of options to choose from.

I asked for superior double room and it was elegant with breakfast included.

The hotel of choice in Vienna. Fairly clean place with delightful view of the cathedral. Magnificent very central location, close enough to a short walk to the underground station, the center of town and the street level bar/cafe. Also, in the historic area. Large rooms with delightful decoration. The affable staff and their quick responses to my needs. Great coffee and eggs for breakfast.

everything was perfect, the room was fashionable, the location was incredible. the staff were very polite and welcoming and knew the area. i enjoyed the hotel's roof top bar.

I had modern, airy room with a generous terrace, super views, a shower, had good night's sleep. The location was particularly good and stunning, not too far away from Historic Center of Vienna...

I stayed at this hotel for christmas, it was a very nice stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and outstandingly accommodating and offered a coffee upon arrival. The roof top bar was amazing and the drinks were delicious.

Facilities were really good, yet Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the business district, the major shopping streets, and the centre of the city with plenty of life and walking distance to most popular tourist attractions.

The service was very good. Took the advantage of the parking nearby. The location was marvellous and amazing - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It was across the shopping area🙂👍

Great place for 3 nights in Vienna, superior hotel. Good beds were provided. The airport is 12 miles away.

Great choice for christmas. The hotel is in a historic area, the staff is helpful. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Paid €25 per person per day for breakfast, totally worth it.

Albertina is'' next door'' and you can reach Stephansplatz subway station within 15 minutes walk. Central location of the hotel. We could visit one of our favorite spots stephansplatz really close to the property. There was a free Wi Fi: D

cafe sacher wien, where you can eat, is short way from the hotel. we loved facilities and location, this venue had everything we need. nothing beats being in lamee. reasonable base for a city break in vienna.
