K+K Palais Hotel

Thank you for the very nice stay for 3 nights. It's location very close to a church and a palace was great and beautiful, I enjoyed it.

It was clean with caring and patient stuff at the reception desk.

The views were not very good.

The room was a nice size and very well decorated and with a delightful view of the park. Its location minute walk from bars and cafés was peaceful and perfect. Also, Trafalgar Square was 3 km away. I loved the very very nice area: there was the train station minute walk from the hotel.

Some of the staff were a bit rude.

Really had thoroughly enjoyable stay for 3 nights. Overall clean place with competent and well-trained staff.

Extremely spacious and well air-conditioned rooms, that have essentials you need. The point is inner courtyard view was an unexpected bonus.

The breakfast was high quality, plenty of food.

Whole place was perfectly clean with stunningly beautiful views; quiet and ideal location to all the main sights. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Very good customer care, parking nearby. Not to mention free Wi-Fi.

The room was huge and functional with a good size bathroom. Had nice facilities like coffee, climate control, and tea/coffee. The staff were incredibly nice, exceptional.

Quiet location in a quiet square near the canal with views over the park. Again, not far from Apollo Victoria Theatre. Well-equipped and well furnished units and delightfully helpful staff at the reception desk. Spacious bedroom and spacious bathroom.

Had a really nice stay on a 3 day vacation, glad I've chosen it. Enjoyed the way my twin room was arranged with the view towards the park and shower plus a 2 single beds put together. The location was marvellous and lovely, for example, a bus station was very close to the venue.

Loved my thoroughly enjoyable stay for 3 nights. The cosy urban queen room was high-class with a decent buffet breakfast as well as a double bed. Every staff member was caring and knowledgeable. Varied and affordable breakfast, best ever had, with self baked waffles and food and drinks. The location turned out to be perfect, very close to the center around St Stephen's Cathedral, the shopping hub and so many attractions.

Overall clean place with inner courtyard views and well-trained staff. Plenty of food at the continental breakfast.

Perfect tidy property, it has particularly helpful staff at the reception desk. The breakfast options are varied and affordable with food and drinks and poached eggs, for example. Every time we stay in Vienna, like to stay here.

Gorgeous and amazing breakfast, the food was exceptional. The venue was in a very central location next to the Inner Stadt, and bus stops and tram stops. Moreover, it was just a pleasant stroll away from Viennese coffeehouses.

The hotel had a marvellous and beautiful position, next to the tree-filled square-unusual. Throughout the day staff were pleasant.

All in all everything was perfect, had a really really nice stay for 3 nights. The rooms were neat and airy with all necessary amenities kept by the welcoming staff. The marvellous and stunning location very close to a bus stop was just what I needed.

The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice for exploring Vienna. It was about 20 km from the airport. We stayed in well furnished and brand-new room with a view over the park that also had wake-up service.

Tbh Wi-Fi was quite slow, and the bed was a bit hard.

The rooms they offer where neat and functional with a beautiful view, a smallish window placed well above the line of view of a tall person, for example.

The room was airy & soundproof, came with nice view. It was fairly clean, I would like to go back there again.

We have booked cosy urban queen room with upgraded facilities. The restaurant was beautiful for dinner, we ordered excellent dishes.

My twin room with a relaxing view, shower, as example was soundproof. As for me, the location was great and lovely, right by a nice quiet square, the historical center and the Underground and the attractions.

Exceptionally nice and pleasant staff ensures you spend a really nice time here. It offers gorgeous and amazing breakfasts with varieties.

Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a 19th-century Habsburg palace. A nice size and very well decorated rooms with comfortable beds for hotel guests.

We loved the central location and how overall clean the place was kept. Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants, close to public transport and Stephansplatz. Innere Stadt district was worth exploring. We had an airy cosy urban queen room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was sensational with plenty of food.

It was as expected, had a real good stay for my business trip. They had an efficient check-in. The location was prime, not too far from Burgtheater. I visited restaurants and bars minute walk from the hotel. Loved being minute walk from a train station.

The atmosphere of the hotel is cosy. The rooms are quiet with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The location is marvellous, we could see inner courtyard.

Liked my stay. They gave me double room with a view of the park, a bottle of water, open windows. The place had a family atmosphere. The location was brilliant, not very far from an official residence. It was located in a lovely area just next door to center as well as public transport.

Attentive people working here, generous breakfast. The bed was comfy and so were the pillows. What's more, free Wi Fi was a bonus. Only 10 min walk to downtown. The fact that it was a couple of blocks away Schottenring subway station.

The room was a little small, we expected better.

All in general was perfect! Cafe Central is within walking distance the hotel. We enjoyed the fact that we chose k+k palais. Easy base for weekend in Vienna.
