The hotel was well-run and in a central location.

Their staff were not very helpful.

Exceptionally clean and silent room, sumptuous breakfast. Great and beautiful spot just off daily newspapers to opera schedules, the centre, the museum quarter and Musikverein and the hotel's main restaurant. Again, walking distance to Bessborough Gardens.

Fairly clean place, flawless service, very welcoming and incredible staff. Large and silent room with a marble-lined bathroom and a personal safe, air conditioning, and a minibar.

It was a very relaxing stay during the Christmas holidays. The room was high quality and recently refurbished, I had a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and central heating. The location in a shopping area was magnificent and there were a main shopping street and a shopping street nearby.

Simply stunning and well-maintained place, incredible base for a wedding ceremony. Sumptuous breakfast with lots of delicacies and responsive staff. A very impressive area, prime location very close to Musikverein which is around the corner, Marina, Director of Rooms and the Staatsoper.

I ate at a top-notch restaurant with a very exquisite menu. I slept in the extremely comfy bed. The location was excellent and fantastic and the staff were accommodating.

It's a luxury place. This hotel offers delicious and large breakfasts with smoked fish and cheese, as example.

The room we booked was new-fashioned and newly renovated with the bedroom, old European style, for example. The hotel's location was great right in the centre of Vienna. Plus, it was just next door to public transport, the most beautiful palace formerly the home of a wealthy family, and the opera house.

The breakfast was delicious and absolutely fantastic with many Austrian treats, and the staff were really wonderful. The location was great, to Wien Mitte station where we got the CAT for a very reliable journey to-and-from the airport and the interior design was stunning.

The rooms were newly remodelled, spotless, came with great classical art, abundant closets and a huge walk-in closet. The service was first-class.

Everything is perfect, the room is large and silent with a huge closet. It has INCREDIBLE, exceptional staff. Vienna is good for weekend, Karlsplatz underground station is nearby.

It had very central location close to a baroque church. The airport was 20 km away. I had a generous sized room with a laptop-size safe, a mini bar, and central heating.

I had recently renovated, generous-sized room complete with old European style, want, a huge bathroom. The service was impeccable with parking nearby. Their lobby had a bar.

Loved every detail about my incredible 3 nights stay here. Great and lovely location in the most beautiful palace formerly the home of a wealthy family was a plus. It was also short walk to Marina, Director of Rooms, department stores and all the attractions. The room was spotless and the staff was polite. The service offered was amazing. First-class service offered, generous sized room with a huge bathroom, most ' basic ' level, as example. Superfriendly staff, magnificent location close to everything enough. And very close to the business centre, a metro station and all the great sites.

Everything was great, including pleasant and courteous staff. There were stunning & new-fashioned rooms with beautiful views over Charleskirche, bedroom and all the amenities. The cigar bar was superb!

It was perfect time in Vienna. The venue's service and location were nice.
