Very central location was a plus. The breakfast was outstanding and delicious as expected with soft drinks, wines, American style coffee.

The staff was attentive and highly courteous, just as I expected. The attached restaurant offered excellent dishes, and the breakfast was reasonably good and delicious.

Had quite comfortable stay for 3 nights. I appreciated the historic-style building and quiet room with a king bed.

Would come here again cos I enjoyed my stay. The venue is impeccably clean and big, views are incredible, the location is peaceful very close to very good transport links and the city centre. The staff ensures you have a very very good time, they are well-trained. A nice touch is also the alcoholic beverages in the lounge bar.

The employees were informative and kind and offered top-notch services. The hotel had a very central setting in the Arsenal restaurant.

The room was well-equipped, had huge half bathroom. The breakfast had a wide range of options, including bread, eggs, bangers and bacon.

It's pleasant and fancy place to stay 3 km away from an official residence. The room is airy and top-class, comes with a king bed, WiFi plus an incredible view. There's nice pool and free parking...

Good pool, parking on-site. Incredible and handy setting in the lovely area, so close to the airport, centre, and direct trains to the airport, downtown and to the central station.

It was a real good stay for 3 nights. The restaurant was good for dinner, I tried appetising dishes.

Besides, the location was handy and pleasant for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a large museum. We loved a marvellous breakfast.

This was a very very good stay for 3 nights. Neat rooms were practical with treats. The staff was caring, kept everything perfectly clean and very good! Location: the hotel was adjacent to a train station and the Opera House.

central location, relatively near two belvedere palaces. secure area really close to about a twenty minute stroll to the lower belvedere and a tram stop.

Everything was simply great. We booked deluxe king room with access to the club lounge and could use wake-up service, available in it. The wine bar was lovely and the drinks were bottled.

Near a train station, it makes every part of Vienna easily accessible. Benkei is just a walk down to the hotel

Arsenal, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Fantastic base for a vacation in Vienna...
