Pleasant, clean place with incredible staff at the reception desk. Nice design of interiors in king room.

The restaurant was exceptional with a varied menu here, I had tasty dishes. I had a pleasant view of city. All the employees were knowledgeable and excellent.

Loved staying at the king room. The luxury bathroom was the best.

Overall it was big sized, with a private bathroom.

Tastefully decorated unit even with those large beds.

I was happy, the family penthouse suite I booked came with bar as well as a good view of boulevard by Ms Natali at front dest.

The hotel's position was particularly good, to Schonbrunn palace. Executive king room was updated and newly renovated with balcony. The breakfast was plentiful, they make plenty of meals.

It is well-kept with a nice desk and chair, good enough for rest.

Luxurious accommodation, the breakfast was plentiful, IDEAL location in a quite area. The units were brand-new and the staff were very professional and friendly professional people on the night shift from 1st to 2nd September.

The property is luxury and fairly clean, offers plentiful breakfasts. It has best and efficient staff and excellent services. I have stayed in the executive king room with super comfy beds. Amazing dishes can be found in the in-house restaurant. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The room was spotless and had a coffeemaker and fridges. The bed was fine with down pillows.

Whole place was clean with nice views; particularly good location to the financial district than the shopping district. I was there for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast. There were tea and coffee making facilities, a refrigerator, and glassware too.

The idea to include a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges in the executive penthouse was nice.

We had an updated family penthouse suite with tea, an overall great atmosphere and coffee. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, close to Hands Up. The staff were caring and service-oriented all the time.

We had the executive penthouse which was neat and updated. A bath in the spotless bathroom was super awesome. The location was magnificent, relatively close to Sigmund Freud Museum.

Everything is clean and very good. Make sure you stay in the executive penthouse with large bed, 180 view of the streets below, for instance. The breakfast is plentiful with good coffee and fresh juice, for instance, there's an option for each taste.

I liked the room and its nice decor. It was in the central location to everything in Vienna.

The location of the hotel was best possible and easy - not too far away from term Kunsthistorisches Museum. The staff were caring, and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge.

It's good base for visiting some must see attractions in Vienna. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is astonishing. This is a hotel go-to for Vienna!

The location was stunning and best possible, for example, Historic Center of Vienna was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Area around had plenty of choice for meals and drinks, restaurants and bars.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so good.

The location was best possible and prime, at a walking distance from a neo-gothic city hall. And next to restaurants and bars, it was a bonus.

It has very good facilities and offers enjoyable breakfasts. The location is stunning, 1 km from Austrian Parliament Building.

The hotel had indeed a magnificent and best possible location in the centre of the crowd area. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

Savoury breakfast with lots of choices. Welcoming staff, great services, including lots of savoury delicacies. Location near to centre and Xmas markets and Hofburg. Again, not far from Sigmund Freud Museum.

all in all everything was fine, had a very pleasant stay on vacation. we booked a king room, it was complete with a comfortable bed, sofa, for example. we had a coffee maker and glassware.

The location was incredible, within walking distance of an official residence. The staff was pleasant and efficient and solved our problems immediately.

The units are warm, luxurious. A work desk, coffee/tea makers and a flat-screen TV with cable channels are available. The employees are attentive. The best thing is location - so close to the best shopping area as well as metro links...

It deserves its 5 stars. Spend our time here comfortably. So close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. For dinner, we went to Bel Etage, it was very close to the venue. Furthermore, Wi-Fi was a great addition.

We enjoyed our excellant rooms, plus the stuff was attentive. Would recommend this hotel in Vienna.
