Fabulously helpful staff and magnificent and perfect location close to the Musikverein, the opera, the main shopping street, trams and u-bahn stations and major sights especially the Kaerntner Street, Cathedral and Opera. Easy walk to Thomas Cubitt Statue.

This place is great quality and well-run and the staff are wonderfully helpful! Our hotel is set in a central location right by Train station, parks, the Hofburg, the Spanish Riding School, and tons of shopping, and both city center and Karlsplatz. A Michelin-starred restaurant has good meals.

The place was clean and 1st class, it had genuinely helpful and caring staff from a front doorman. There were brand-new, beautifully maintained rooms with high ceiling. The location was absolutely perfect - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The room was well-organised and high quality and I loved the stay for three nights in this luxurious famous hotel. The location of this property near to both city center, shopping walking distance and Opera House and the center of things was amazing and lovely.

Our room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated by a garden, truly enjoyed having access to wake-up service. Comfortable location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. Besides, a Protestant abbey was 2 km away from the venue.

Beautifully decorated room on the mezzanine level and savoury breakfast. Great amenities like climate control and an ironing set. Location: convenient, just next door to St Stephan's cathedral, all the key sights within the old quarter, and the restaurants and travel.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at Michelin star rated restaurant for breakfast. The location was magnificent, near to shopping center and the all tourist area.

The hotel was situated in the central location noticeable in various non-smoking areas. My room was well-appointed, had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. I was here for 2 days and will choose it for sure next trip.

The breakfast is sumptuous with Asian food and Western dishes, as example, has everything you need.

We where very pleased with the top-class and fashionable room by a garden. Our accommodation was set in a central location right by the Musikverein, Sushi Restaurant and Public Transport.

Had a very good stay with my mother, we spent 7 nights here, everything was fine. The check in was smooth, the room was neat and fabulous with a comfortable bed, a bathtub, as for instance. The Michelin-starred restaurant served plenty of brilliant food.

Overall, it's incredible base for exploring Vienna attractions.
