Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was welcoming. Overall it was well laid out and recently refurbished, with an own bathroom.

We had a spacious bedroom. The staff was flexible & attentive. The venue was set in the central position close to nearest pizzeria, many attractions and close to tram.

We had an apartment and it was stylish and recently renovated. The hotel was located in the centre of the city.

The bedroom was functional and newly decorated. It was equipped with luggage storage, a coffee maker, and thick curtains.

Some people working there were not very helpful.

The property was reliable with amicable staff. Our accommodation was set in a central location not far from an FABULOUS pizza restaurant as well as the city centre, which is massive by the way.

The location was central, great for a cathedral and a university campus located near to the hotel. An underground station was near the accommodation.

Staff were amicable, atmosphere was quiet, it had magnificent location short walk to within 10 minutes walking to two metro lines, the centre of Vienna and St Stephan's cathedral, Parliament.

I booked fashionable and modern room with great shower and free snacks plus all the necessities.

Clean reliable accommodation with very very helpful stuff and good location in the city centre. Well insulated windows, luggage storage, and an ironing set available in the single room. Terrific service provided. Early check-in.

we've stayed here before and loved this place. we had early check-in on arrival. the hotel was cheerful and in a central location. besides, the area was quiet, next to sigmund freud museum.

The units are tidy and home-like with lovely big windows to open for fresh air.

All the staff was kind, solved my issues. Overall it was tidy with old towels.
