The room we were upgraded at no charge to was top-notch and included a private safe, a sofa bed, and central heating.

The staff were really helpful yet not intrusive.

Fairly clean hotel, I liked amicable and nice staff. There were a safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating in my standard king room. The bathroom here was fairly clean. The location of the property was amazing, in a very peaceful area. Plus, it was very close to the train line.

It was fairly clean inside. The hotel room was big size, had a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. I greatly enjoyed a courtyard view, an exceptionally comfortable bed. Particularly good and amazing location really close to the metro, I felt safe. I stayed 3 nights and would return here when visiting Austria.

The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from Schonbrunner Schloss Park. Set opposite to a bus station, which helped to explore Vienna. I stayed at the double room with city view. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bathtub. The location was good, near to the metro.

It's nice place for sightseeing and exploring Vienna. The rooms are new-fashioned, the location is magnificent and amazing. The point is city view was an unexpected bonus.
