It's well-maintained hotel with well-trained personnel at the reception desk.

A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was high quality to satisfy everyone.

The bedroom was comfortable modern and newly renovated. Hot breakfasts with cheeses and good options, for example, the facilities were good.

Excellent service, reasonably good breakfast with fruits and cheeses, as example.

The atmosphere is quiet, courteous staff at the reception desk. It's vintage with clean bathrooms.

I have stayed in the twin room with quiet classical music playing. The breakfast is particularly good, I enjoyed bangers and eggs. The location is incredible and magnificent, it's short walk to restaurants, bars, and other retail, Central Station and the main monuments in Vienna.

The breakfast selection was nice hot and exemplary with reasonably priced local food and omlet and fruit. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very good.

Really enjoyed the price of our twin room and its essentials. The location was convenient and perfect, in walking distance to most major tourist attractions! Everything was perfectly fine, yet a few employees were not very friendly.

The room had ugly views.

It was fabulous, beautiful and with the windows to the yard. Had coffee/tea makers and glassware at our disposal. Great breakfast and other services were nice.

I was there for 4 nights and ate at attached restaurant for evening meals. Its location within a close distance from an art museum was magnificent and absolutely perfect.

I was offered an exceptional breakfast at 08.30.

The king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was impeccable with a view as in paris.

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was nice and charming, it had brilliant location really close to a very nice restaurant, underground for ease of travel and both U-Bahn and tram. Lovely and charming staff at the reception desk, thanks to them everything was great.

I was here for 3 nights and ate at traditional restaurant with authentic fresh food and a nice bar. Great very central location so close to varieties of international cuisine, museums and the Opera, sightseeing and shopping, and very near Karlplatz.

Overall had special stay for 3 nights. The breakfast was good hot with fruit, ham plus pastries, and also the staff were all caring. This location was magnificent, adjacent to Taubstummengasse / Karlsplatz and subway line. Besides, Wien River was easily accessible. We didn't want to leave, couldn't recommend more.

The breakfast is freshly prepared and varied with a very nice city street view, has tasty food. The service is very good, includes private parking.

A little small room.

Incredible location really close to Close to underground, all the other attractions in the city and the city center and public transport, and neat room. Also, to St Stephen's Cathedral area.

When we visit Vienna, like staying here. Their breakfast option with good options and Prosecco and bacon is exceptional and really tasty, put others we have been to shame! This hotel has a marvellous and pleasant location close to a train station.

Wonderful hotel, the staff were all pleasant and courteous and the location was incredible close to Karlsplatz station. Location: the venue was just off Opera via Karlsplatz as well as subway and Vienna center. Also, it was at a medium distance from Vienna Museum, enjoyed it.

Appetising eggs and bacon, overall the breakfast was hot and abundant. I have stayed in queen room for 3 nights, it was complete with AC, a kettle plus bathtub.

Overall, it's super base for exploring Vienna attractions. The breakfasts are delicious with reasonably priced local food and including bacon;))

My stay was PERFECT for holidays. The staff were constantly competent and patient. It had very central location close to Freihausviertel. An attached restaurant with reasonably priced local food was an advantage.

The place was quirky and pleasant and the staff were patient, the location was easy in a nice quiet area. Twin room was air conditioned with good bed...

The breakfast was good, the staff were polite. The double room had everything you need, a heating system, a personal safe and a mini fridge bar. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like May Lee that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The beds were large in our room. We loved the hotel's staff and the food. You can easily park on public parking really close to the property...
