The property is fantastic, it has excellent and excellent co-operating staff at reception desk. The rooms are fully renovated with impeccably clean bathrooms.

As we remember, there was no lobby.

The staff were patient, the location was magnificent and stunning.

Lovely place for discovering Vienna with really friendly and affable staff at the reception desk. Neat and carpeted rooms with a double bed and great views plus aircon, wonderful breakfast. Magnificent location just off the center of Vienna, and Right next to a huge market which has stalls selling meats in a very pleasant quiet area. Again, walking distance to an art gallery.

The location is marvellous and fab, and here's the cherry on top - minutes from a tube station. The room is carpeted and neat with nice view.

Everything was good, including amiable staff and beautiful location in center of town. The rooms were new-fashioned and carpeted with safe for our safety. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and a storage space, climate control, and three windows were a bonus.

I have stayed in the standard double room with good breakfast. The breakfast is delicious and marvellous, offered with cakes and cheese and the sparkling wine.

The hotel was perfectly located near to metro station that called "Kalsersplatz". I found Tewa am Naschmarkt offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. The room was spotless and carpeted and complete with good view, good breakfast, for example, I had everything needed.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were attentive. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful for a wonderful spread. The location was unbeatable and stunning, you can visit Zoom Children's Museum by walking. There was a good restaurant, a shopping area and the Christmas market next door. We really enjoyed it, didn't want to say goodbye, strongly recommend.

I was very happy with the newly remodelled and bright room, that was complete with a rather big bed, a hugly view of the surrounding buildings plus the balcony. The food was reasonably priced.

Hotel’s breakfast was satisfactory with a champagne, juice cereal cheese, fresh fruit and could satisfy any taste.

The breakfast was delicious, had lots of options and the food was fab. Location: the hotel was not far from public transport, the museums and Naschmarkt. When it was cold outside we decided to visit Tewa am Naschmarkt, nice place to chill...

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a decent place for staying in Vienna. Besides, public parking was convenient.

Tbh, the street was usually noisy.

All the main sights, including albertina are in front of the hotel. The breakfast which we had was generous.
