The staff were exceptionally pleasant and amazingly kind and helpful with requests. The location was great and incredible, very close to everything with easy access to shopping streets and the Christmas market.

The breakfast is savoury and large served with even champagne, fruits plus meats.

The breakfast was amazing with cheeses and delicious coffee, for instance, and the restaurant's offer was yummy. The staff was very kind providing the information.

Very central location althought in the very city centre. Easy walk to Saint Mary's Cathedral. Tasty breakfast for all tastes for the start of the day.

The room was tidy with a cozy bed and with comfy bed.

Overall it was a nice size with beautiful high ceiling. Liked the location outside of the center.

The location was great, a 10-15 minute walk from National Football Museum. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. All in all we enjoyed airy and modern room with renovated bathroom as well as tasty breakfast.

The bedroom was bright and elegant. This hotel was set in a very central area so close to many restaurants and attractions, many interesting sights and the main HBF train station where the CAT runs to-and-from the airport. We stayed for 6 nights here, loved 01. Innere Stadt district.

Very pleasant staff, the breakfasts are free for all tastes. The property's location is marvellous and fantastic, near the metro station. Every time in Vienna we stay in this hotel.

Great affordable hotel with a very central location right in the centre of Vienna old town. Based right by all the main sights like St Stephen's Cathedral, Pension Domizil and other main attractions like the opera. Appetising coffee, tea, croissants, eggs, and bacon at breakfast.

I had the guest room which was well-equipped and well decorated with big bathroom.

Great and fantastic setting in the shopping area, just off subway stations, the centre of Vienna, a stone's throw from the cathedral, and many city attractions. Besides, easy to get to Stephansplatz.

We were in an amazing location adjacent to main attraction and public transportation, many restaurants and bakeries and the museums and shops. There was Xpedit near the hotel.

It has amazing very central location very close to Stephan's square. Great nearby places include Vino Gin, we usually had drinks there.

I got guest room for 1 night with lovely fresh linens, truly enjoyed it. There was lots of freshly made meals.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow plus the bed of mine was way too hard.

When we visit Vienna, like staying here. The food is yummy and freshly made. The location marvellous and unbeatable for 01. Innere Stadt district, it is near the public transport system and opera house and hofberg palace.

The room is slightly outdated.

Everything was simply very good. The breakfast was savoury with coffee, tea, croissants, eggs and bacon etc. The staff were really friendly lot of time.

Some people working there were not very good.

It was huge, comfortably furnished and with a single big bed. The food was great, I really enjoyed coffee, tea, croissants, eggs and bacon.

The bed of mine was way too hard.

The great location for the price, very close to particularly the Wien Mitte railway station which has the express service to the airport, many interesting sights and restaurants and the museums, Hoffberg and the Opera House. Freshly made food for tasty breakfast.

The king room was light and airy, with an electric kettle, an individual safe and central heating. Everything seemed good, clean.

the room was bright and airy, provided with a tub as well as storage space. the location was unbeatable and stunning - ease of access to a research institute.

Make sure you stay in the guest room with windows looking out 2 directions. It offers INCREDIBLE location and has superfriendly and welcoming staff especially at check-in & check-out which were so quick & smooth.
