Hotel Bristol, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Vienna

It has best possible and prime location in an area frequented by sightseers, in a central area. Special thanks to totally professional staff for making my stay a luxurious experience.

Everything was perfect during 3 days, thoroughly enjoyed its excellent and wonderful location close enough to the Vienna State Opera, subway and streetcar and good restaurants, museums, and the historical downtown. The services were great.

Wonderful location and spotless place, I greatly enjoyed absolutely kind staff. The restaurant here was very nice with attentive staff and the most amazing range of options, I both ordered excellent dishes.

All the staff was very friendly. I loved configuration of the double room.

The place is truly exceptional and has perfect location nearby a metro station with two stops to main station.

The venue was in a central location right by opera and restaurants, the main shopping areas, Opera House and Main attractions and the Opera and Big Bus tour and Metro. Sometimes it was hot outside, so we went to Noodlez, had some food there. Its stuff was efficient and fantastically friendly.

Perfect breakfast with egg station, fresh egg options plus fantastic view, and the staff was knowledgeable.

Disappointing aspect was cramped bathroom.

The breakfast was sumptuous; coffee, fresh bread, muesli, pastries and fruit. Staff was super totally professional.

The venue is first-rate and grand old. Top-notch and spotless units with very comfortable bed, balcony, enough for 2 chairs to enjoy a bottle of sparkling wine. Outstanding food, free breakfast. Location: handy, close enough to public transport, and a major subway station. Again, walking distance to a world-famous opera house.

The place was clean with exceptionally nice staff members. The restaurant was really nice with attentive staff and the most amazing range of options, we ordered special dishes. A balcony and a safe were great. The location was marvellous, relatively near an official residence. The hotel was a super base for enjoying a great area. Tbh, had a wonderful stay on vacation.

The whole place was clean and the staff were pleasant. I had exceptionally comfortable bed and gates in the huge and impressive. Pastries, fresh bread, fruit, yoghourt and cheese were fine. The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, Historic Center of Vienna was within walking distance of the hotel.

Great service, provided by the knowledgeable staff. I had the double room which was well-appointed and top-notch with an opera view. The breakfasts were delicious with a made to order egg station and fresh egg options prepared by the chefs, as example, couldn't ask for anything better.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we can't wait to go back.

Had a really enjoyable stay of 6 nights, glad I've chosen it. It had central location close to Karlsplatz. And the area was comfortable, adjacent to the main shopping areas, Opera House and Main attractions as well as trams.

The property was special with efficient staff. My room was top-notch and updated with a gorgeous view of the opera.

We spend out time excellently in this CLASSIC hotel. We greatly enjoyed the fact that there were a minibar, climate control and multi-channel TV in the room. Good choice for a 2-night stay.

Worth its 5 stars. Satisfied with breakfast's price - 36 eur per person per day.

Just a 15-minute stroll from vienna state opera, which was a big plus. Great service offered.
