Hotel Kaiserhof Wien

My stay was special for the 4 nights of our stay. My food for continental breakfast was high quality and all the staff were excellent and affable.

Spotlessly clean hotel with a nice design and comfortable and best possible location. Well decorated room with very clean beds, climate control, a mini bar, and a lounge. Sumptuous and hot continental breakfast in the bar.

I loved the hotel, its ample sized and luxurious room and incredible stuff. The restaurant was terrific for breakfast, I tried warm dishes. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. This property was located in a decent area. The daily service was exceptional. The stay was absolutely incredible.

It offers good services. The breakfast is nice hot and extraordinary, offered with wine, diary free products and honey from the honeycomb.

The staff was courteous and everything was well-maintained. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, the check in was friendly. The facilities were fantastic too. The property was in the heart of the city.

The restaurant was beautiful for breakfast and with an elegant atmosphere. It offered very good service and good food too.

Every time we stay in Vienna, like to stay here. The hotel is delightful with courteous employees with the services. The twin room is carpeted, we also greatly enjoyed perfect views. Comfortable restaurant offers affordable food.

The location was stunning, hotel is based in a quiet street. It was located in a really quiet area short walk to the central sights as well as the centre of Vienna. The room was double superior with a huge bed and the bathroom plus tea, had everything we wanted.

Disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.

The service was good, including a smooth check-in. Double superior and large rooms with all the facilities as well as bedroom, had a special experience. The location was good and unbeatable, in the 04. Wieden district and close to a S-Bahn station.

The room was double superior and reasonably large, I liked it, and it had a safe, an electric kettle, and coffee.

Their rooms are always decent sized and air conditioned with pastries, the elegant furnishings plus a very comfortable bed.

Spacious and fairly clean hotel, location was magnificent and unbeatable near the museums, the central shopping area and first major attraction-the opera house. All the staff were five star, dedicated. I booked a room with a good bed, an electric kettle and a lounge.

The staff were best, the breakfast I had was good hot for every taste. The classic double room I was given was complete with thoughtful amenities, toiletries, for example.

The rooms here are well decorated and well-appointed with extremely comfortable beds. Its location is incredibly comfortable just next door to the Underground and trams, restaurant and centre of town.

The venue is spotlessly clean and big size with highly skilled and well-trained staff members. Everything is lovely, the room is a nice size with tea as well as a huge bed.

Well-maintained and fully equipped hotel with SO EFFICIENT team with the services. A very nice area, comfortable location close enough to several attraction and the opera house, Karlsplatz and the fort of arranging a birthday cake. Besides, very convenient to Vienna Museum.

So efficient team with the services, comfortable and best possible location. Based adjacent to the park in the city centre, the St Charles church, Secession building and the Naschmarkt and the museum quarter and the shopping streets.

Offers excellent service and delicious food. The room is impeccably clean and carpeted with bath and shower. The breakfast is reasonably good, includes toast, pastries, fruit and meats.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable, the stuff were competent. Warm breakfast selection with salmon and Gluten Free options, for instance, everyone could find their favorite food.

It was very very good time in Vienna. Really enjoyed how good old the property was. Central location was a plus. There was a very comfortable restaurant, a main shopping street and shopping streets next door. The room I had was double superior with excellent bathroom and the staff was useful.

By and large, it was superb base for sightseeing in Vienna, had much fun and met excellent and smart staff with the services.

The location is peaceful, 1 km from an official residence. It's close to a S-Bahn station which was what I needed.

A classic queen room has basic facilities you need. The staff are efficient, offer good services. Besides, parking is on site. A subway station is placed close to the building.

Location just next door to museums as well as other music venues. Also, in walking distance of many of Vienna's main attractions. The early check-in process too.

Peaceful and brilliant location for our visit to Karlsplatz within easy walking distance of the hotel.

good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like leanback that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

We liked our stay. The management had a very pleasant manner.

Quick access to belvedere palace. Walking to a bus stop from kaiserhof wien was easy. Short way from Lanea, where you can have lunch. Location very close to Karlsplatz:)))

We loved everything. Aida, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel. Located in 25 minutes' drive to the airport. Private parking available on site...
