Best Western Plus Hotel Arcadia

The location was amazing and tranquil, close to a train station. The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had warm dishes.

Well furnished rooms with bathroom and large bed. Decent, easy location just next door to good transport links to the centre, the city centre and the hop on off bus, fabulously helpful staff.

Lots of different food for meals. The rooms decent size and functional with a very modern clean bathroom and a great bath. Located in a really quiet area, near a subway station.

The breakfast was excellent even with sparkling wine! The room was nicely furnished, the bathroom was luxurious. The location of this hotel so close to public transport station, good transport links and the airport plus tram and Ubahn was excellent.

Early check-in, absolutely perfect and stunning location near the ubahn as well as a quiet area close to the Prater park. Besides, easy to get to Holland & Barrett Pimlico.

The location was tranquil, near the city center, an inner garden, and Wien Praterstern, in a very quite area. The food was different - a wide array of options.

The total stay was very good of 6 nights. Very very good and sensational breakfast with okay variaty and sparkling wine, for example, the staff was willing to help.

The rooms are nice looking and decent size and generally offer an electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe. The staff are AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY and attentive. It has excellent and amazing location to see 64.75-metre tall ferris wheel. It is located near an underground station.

The setting was magnificent, short walk to main sightseeings, metro and Prater, as well as Donauinsel and Copa Beach and Pratestern rail station and two metro lines. Visited Madame Tussauds Vienna, one of the tourist spots, located relatively near the hotel.

The hotel was in a good and magnificent position very close to historical center. The double room we stayed in were compact with comfortable bed.

Everything was perfect, and it had excellant wi-fi. The breakfast was excellent with okay variaty, the best I had in Vienna. The hotel was in a decent location, to historical center.

Excellent and amazing location short walk to supermarkets, two U-Bahn stations: Praterstern and Messe-Prater, near Congress centre in wonderful part of Vienna-Leopoldstadt and Prater and other amenities, restaurants and a stadium were close to the hotel. Besides, just a few minutes from Praterstern Square. The room was a decent size with comfortable bed, had essentials required.

The location was magnificent and amazing for walking around Praterstern Square. A subway station was near place. The rooms were functional and decent size, with a very modern clean bathroom. I had an electric kettle and glassware.

Magnificent location in Vienna just next door to the subway system and a quiet residential area. Besides, very convenient to Chocolate Museum Vienna.

The location is good and excellent, 1 km from Praterstern Square. The staff are welcoming and the room was perfectly clean and silent with comfortable bed.

Spent 4 nights here with my baby, had a such wonderful stay overall. Marvellous and lovely location, the hotel was really close to an underground station. The property was set in a very quiet area.

The room was good sized exactly as in the pictures, and we truly enjoyed having access to wake-up service. The breakfast was very very good even with sparkling wine; the staff was exceptionally kind.

Shame the bathroom was extremely small.

That hotel was in a quiet location, to all the train stations. The staff were superfriendly and efficient and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

Our room was compact, silent and equipped with comfortable bed, the bedroom, for example. The location was unbeatable, really close to metro, WU and the U1 subway and Praterstern station.

Tbh, Wi-Fi was bad and the bathroom was extremely small.

Not very friendly staff!

Loved dining at Pizzeria Giuseppe, set within 5 minutes' walk. Besides, it has free Wi Fi throughout the property. We would be happy to recommend the place.

Everything is what i need and want.

Good location; hotel has private parking. Leopoldstadt district was definitely worth visiting. Moreover, it was easy to park nearby.

If you plan to visit the hofburg, don't pass this hotel up. Honestly nothing too much trouble. Solas is easy walk to the property. Take a look at Leopoldstadt neighborhood, it's worth it: D
