Very pleasant stay in an excellent value and nicely presented hotel. Savoury and freshly cooked breakfast with various delicious dishes, very competent staff. Excellent and perfect location - close to a tram station.

Enjoyed my stay. I ate at a pretty restaurant for xcept breakfast. The staff was especially helpful and service-oriented, everything was fine. Central location was a plus. And it was nestled nearby a subway station.

By and large, it was excellent value and nicely presented place with very friendly staff at the reception desk. The restaurant here was pretty good for xcept breakfast, we both ordered healthy dishes. The bedroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location was comfortable and excellent, 25 km to Vienna International airport, perfectly reachable. Close to a tram station, just like we wanted.

The breakfast was savoury and delicious with cheap cakes, rolls, almost all tastes, really enjoyed what was offered. Standard queen room with comfortable beds was the best. This location was good, right by a Billa supermarket, and the metro which has a very good service.

The hotel's location was central, to the Freud museum. Further, it was really close to tram or train, supermarkets and nearby the railway station. The room was decent sized and extremely pleasant and what's more - included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

Facilities were great, nonetheless Wi-Fi connection was weak.

It was bright, lovely and with good bed.

In overall, the place is wonderful, has lovely and wonderful staff at the reception desk. The units are perfect, beautiful. The location is magnificent and super, right next to the Franz Josef train station.

There is bad smell in some places.

I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was tasty and plentiful with cheap cakes and almost all tastes and yogurt. The room was silent, large with hypoallergenic pillows.

The standard double room was huge and had a particularly well equipped bathroom.

That was what I call great base for short stay. Everything was very good, the American breakfast was totally worth it. The hotel was ideal and fantastic and in a central location. Booked a room with nice views, and the staff were exceptional and pleasant people at the reception desk.

The hotel needs renovating.

Stylish low budget hotel with amazing value, we had a pleasant stay. Our room was brand-new and silent with high ceiling and the American breakfast offered has a lot of dishes. The location was convenient and handy and minutes from a garden and a river.

Nearby a subway station, the location was handy and ideal, to the center of Vienna. Everything was perfectly fine, nevertheless a few employees were average. We appreciated a freshly cooked American breakfast for vegetarians.

Greatly enjoyed Vienna, the hotel was nicely presented and beautifully kept to the Christmas Markets in Vienna. We had a brand-new superior double room with comfortable bed, bedroom, as example. The food was good overall.

Was a wonderful base for trip. The hotel was nicely decorated, it had excellent staff at the reception desk. The restaurant was pretty good for xcept breakfast, we ordered healthy dishes. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was good - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Easily reached Selbstverstandlich, located not too far from the venue, had lunch/dinner there.

We only stayed here for 4 nights, as we didn't have time, though everything was very good. Our suite was brand-new, decent sized. Hotel's location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, very close to the public transport. What's more, it was near bus station and metro station, the Centre through tram or U-Bahn and Grinzing.

That's a beautifully decorated place when visiting Vienna for a short stay. The location is decent for exploring Vienna. The hotel has a nice restaurant for xcept breakfast. Offers good service and appetising food. By the way, parking fee equals gbp 22 per day.
