Supper friendly and really polite staff of the venue on night shift and the housemaid. The location was particularly good and magnificent and the train station was close to the hotel. It was a relatively quiet area, a super base for me.

Cool and fairly clean place, fast staff on night shift and the housemaid. Silent and functional units available with a free drink, ventilation, for example. Close to a subway station, easy to get around.

The location was good and perfect because it was near the old town and train station, and taxis and 45 minutes by city center on foot.

Had amazing stay for a short business trip and the weather was quite warm. I thoroughly enjoyed that it is set close to a tube station.

All the staff was fast and polite, fixed my issues. The hotel location was great very close to the main railway station in Vienna. I spent some time with cool drinks in the good lobby bar. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was perfect. The room was big, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, would have extended the stay.

The food selection was fresh.

Average sized and functional unit with breakfast included. Particularly good location in a safe area, near to the main Vienna railway station, many attractions and shopping streets.

Pleasant place, it was clean and had very pleasant staff on night shift and the housemaid. The room was neat, the location was excellent very central. Plus, main attraction such as Staines Moor Country Park was 4 km from this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed that it was set walk from the train station.

I had a standard double room and it was big size with a large comfortable bed. The location by metro or tram was marvellous and fantastic.

It's right place for sightseeing and exploring Vienna. The location is easy, within walking distance of two belvedere palaces. Thank you for a such wonderful stay.

satisfied with the hotel, it's a perfect base for staying in vienna. i liked that we had heating, a safe and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels in the room. the restaurant was located within 500 feet.

Perfect location with a train station just there. Just a walk down to Kurkonditorei Oberlaa, where you can have lunch. One of our favorite spots schonbrunn palace was right by this place;)))

The area contains some restaurants like Akakiko within 5 minutes' walk. The hofburg was within easy reach. Don't forget to explore Favoriten neighborhood...
