The place was spotless and chic, had especially helpful and attentive staff at the reception desk. We had a cosy bedroom. The location was excellent and perfect, plus the breakfast was abundant. Enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Facilities were very good, though Wi-Fi was bad.

All the staffs were affable. The location was fantastic and amazing, nearby a train station and easy to find. The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a very historic area.

Accommodation was fairly large and pleasant with very welcoming staff at the reception desk. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding and abundant with many options. The location was marvellous and stunning - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. We truly enjoyed that the property was near an underground station.

The bedroom was brand-new and nicely furnished. The location was stunning and the breakfast was extensive. We really enjoyed that it was next to a tube station.

The view of the garden was magnificent, as well as very central location near the zoo, children's museum, and the palace itself as well as metro, bus and train station. The breakfast offered was large and abundant.

The location was great and lovely close to ubahn, nearby the train station. The room was updated and modern, with an electric kettle and glassware.

Premium room was with a little balcony and a carpet. The service was all in all very good.

Gorgeous place, very comfy beds, cooperative staff. Very central location next to boring garden, therefore accessible to most of the city and Really close to metro, and normal double and large room. Besides, excellent for visiting Desert House.

Got the same spacious double room with a view of the garden booked online, enjoyed that. The location was marvellous and incredible, we were near a subway station. Plus it was near a zoo and cafes.

Thoroughly enjoyed how good looking the property was and its well-mannered staff at the reception desk. Its absolutely perfect, very central location was a plus. There was a reasonably priced restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel.

Large and abundant breakfast with the good alternatives close by for the start of the day. Particularly good and incredible location for visiting a zoo and bars next to the hotel. Very enjoyable area.

The setting was fantastic, right by restaurants and transportation as well as Vienna's best tourist attractions. We stayed for 5 nights here, loved 13. Hietzing district.

The double room overlooks the garden and includes an electric kettle and glassware. The location is marvellous and incredible and personnel is consistently courteous. Btw, it is near a subway station, near Schonbrunn palace.

The junior suite was airy with gardens view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I spent 3 nights and would stay here again.

We had a real good stay at this hip new hotel. We have booked premium room with good beds, a balcony view towards the park, a balcony view for 3 nights.

It was in an incredible and amazing location, nearby the train station. There were the Christmas market and a market around the hotel. The rooms were updated and normal double with very comfortable bed, the garden, the fridge, just what was needed.

A wonderful hotel, would come here again. The venue is huge and clean with a good value and fabulously friendly and affable staff. The location is great and amazing, plenty of restaurants and nice restaurants nearby. And it's by Wien. Access to a train station, which is nearby the property.

This is a hotel go-to for Vienna! Fabulous place, it has polite staff at every level. The location is incredible, next to the Schoenbrunn park. The restaurant serves excellent local food.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Vienna. I had elegant and terrific room with superb double bed, a Balcony, as example.

There were a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar and central heating in my twin room. The huge bathroom and the rest was impeccably clean. Hietzing district was worth staying in.

I had a huge and terrific room with a cosy decor. The location was stunning, the breakfast was abundant. Also, Tiergarten was max 15 minutes walk to...

The staff was polite and exceptional and gave some great recommendations. Don't forget to explore Hietzing district.

Quiet place with HARD-WORKING staff. Neat and fabulous room, a shower, a hairdryer and terry dressing gowns in the room. Good restaurant. My favourite property in Vienna.

Our favorite hotel in Vienna, staff was helpful! It was nice to be gave a free upgrade a better room. Good choice of food for a buffet breakfast.

It was spotless, with very good rooms and location. Had nice dainties at otto cafe-restaurant, located right next to the hotel. Liked that we were changed to a suite.

If your plans include visiting the hofburg, you should stay here. Buffet breakfast and attractive prices. Noodle King, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel❤
