I had a silent and neat room complete with a small fridge, a hair dryer, and a kettle.

Place was clean, everything was fine. The hotel had an exceptionally nice location steps away from Nilpferd. And the area was safe, short walk to the palace and the zoo and the city center and the City centre.

The property was well-maintained and luxury with very knowledgeable staff. The location was exceptionally nice and easy, easy to get into town with trams, convenient to go everywhere.

Extremely comfy beds and large rooms. Variety of options, NICE food.

Overall it was large, with an own bathroom.

It is luxurious place to stay, the food is outstanding, and location is easy to the Technology museum. The staff are very professional, managed the parking on site.

It had great location very close to Heinz Conrads Denkmal. Tourist attractions like a palace and a castle were close to the hotel.

The staff was affable, they give us all the help. Stunning and incredible location, it was walking distance to a palace and historic sites.

There was a wide array of reasonably priced meals. The location was good, if you need to be walk from a palace and historic sites. The staff was superfriendly and amazingly polite, just as I expected.

Great breakfast with plenty of options, luxurious and fairly clean place. Easy, unbeatable location in 14. Penzing district just off transport links, a magnificent palace, and Schoenbrunn. Also, really close to a tram station that was connected to the metro station. Good service throughout the hotel. The easy check-in process too.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Vienna. The property was fairly clean and gorgeous and the location was perfect. The staff were amazingly polite and amicable too. My room with access to executive lounge was modern and silent.

It was a nice base for our fine stay. The staff team was attentive and really helpful at any time. Exceptionally nice location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. The hotel was in a secure area.

Everything was perfect, incredible location to Schonbrunn subway, the staff were super friendly. The breakfast offered lots of reasonably priced meals. Had a fairly nice stay for a family visit, and would use them next time.

Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

We liked being here. Perfect location near by the palace, efficient staff, everything was amazing. The beds were extremely comfy, the room was tidy with a great selection of tv channels.

The room was modern and brand-new, included with an excellent bathroom, all the necessary toiletries, great Balcony. The food was astonishing with a wide range of choice!

Not very friendly staff!

The hotel staff was amicable and cooperative.

The units are new-fashioned, silent with shower and comfy beds plus free drinks. The food is reasonably priced and outstanding. The location is good and perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Roman Ruin.

The place was clean and staff was attentive and smart. Location: the hotel was just off public transport. Apart from that, Hens was 5 minutes away by driving. The service was good, but amenities were missing.

It was a lovely experience. Loved our 2 nights stay. It was across the pretty quiet area. Everywhere there was fairly clean. Everyone was cooperative and efficient.

Easy location and efficient and respectful staff were a definite plus. Walking distance to a palace and a Royal palace, it was a bonus.

The location was unbeatable, within easy walking distance of Paris. The staff were polite, the beds were extremely comfy, and the room was silent.

This is a superior hotel that has a cozy atmosphere. The superior guest room was spacious, it included climate control, a mini fridge bar and a seating area.

The bed was comfy, we enjoyed it. On-site restaurant Chino was a bonus, had dinner there. In addition, free WiFi was handy.

If your plans include visiting vienna state opera, you should stay here. Hietzing neighborhood is worth seeing...
