Everything was high quality, friendly service, reasonable location near to Karlsplatz as well as lunch as well. The breakfasts at the rate of 11 eur. With fast check-in and simple check-out, this hotel was pleasant. Very good internet, parking close to the venue. Very nice stay, as always.

The location was great and easy, on 71 tram route which brings you to city centre! The view from my classic room was nice! Having a storage and an iron with ironing board was very convenient.

The service was nice, including a smooth check-in. The venue provided a bar in the reception. The location was great and easy, near an underground station, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, it was very close to the city center in around 10 minutes and tram and bus.

The stuff are very pleasant and superbly friendly. The location is particularly good and unbeatable for exploring Vienna. Within 1 km you'll find O'connor's Old Oak Pub, where you can drink something.

Overall had very good stay for a night. The hotel was excellent value for money. The restaurant was romantic for dinner, we ordered hot dishes. There were coffee & tea makers and glassware, appreciated it. Its location was central, a few steps away from Trienna Shopping. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

Everything was perfect, excellent value for money. We ate at an impeccable restaurant for dinner. The staff were very pleasant, pretty friendly. The perfect service and the attention to detail! Plus, free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. The hotel was unique and in a remote location. Thoroughly enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Anker Snack & Coffee.

The hotel's position was unbeatable and magnificent, very close to near tram and tram stops.

Nice service, though a few employees were very unpolite. The location was great, a few steps away from Marx Halle. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

It had an unbeatable and magnificent location near business Area and Arena Wien. The room we had included a storage, very good Wi-Fi, and an iron with ironing board.

Had classic room with all the conveniences and wake-up service was available in it. Essentials that you need, such as a storage, an ironing set, and soundproof windows, were there😃

All of the staff members were amicable and efficient. The breakfast offered was free with cheeses, organic food, juices, couldn't have asked for more.

location: the hotel was close enough to downtown and old city center, the center, and the city centre. i've booked executive superior queen room and everything was very good.

The total stay was VERY POSITIVE in the my next Wien visit. The hotel had a marvellous and reasonable location a minute walk from Trienna.

useful base for discovering vienna. if you don't want to go far from the hotel, try t-centro, which is 100 ft away. we loved our stay.

The setting was just a walk down to Vienna Biocenter and other tourist destinations. Location met my requirements. Honestly nothing bothered me:)))
