The provided service was helpful. We had a comfortable bedroom. The staff were courteous and polite and the location was amazing.

We had a good stay at this classy hotel. It was wonderful base for short stay. Loved our tasty and great breakfast with essential foods and fresh products, as for instance.

Everything is nice, I truly enjoyed it. The staff are amazingly kind, overall. This hotel offers tasty breakfasts with waffles and sweets and sandwiches.

We ate at a good restaurant for lunch and dinner. Its bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom - clean. The location was magnificent, short distance from an underground station and easy to find.

We had a big bedroom. The best thing was how pretty friendly and gentle the staff were.

The hotel staff was not that friendly.

We booked a classic room, it was bright with contemporary design.

The hotel was reasonably spacious with a great location just off the shopping strip, the Inner City or the Westbahnhof metro station, where except the U3 and U6 are plenty of trams available for different directions and the Mariahilfer Street which is convenient for shopping and having food. Terrific service was provided.

Incredibly beautiful and nice hotel, all we needed for rest in Vienna. The property was in an amazing location, close to main attraction. And it was just a short stroll away from Jas, ate there couple of times.

Greatly enjoyed the place, had an excellent stay for my next Wien visit. The restaurant was great for lunch and dinner, I ordered excellent dishes. The venue's position was central. The hotel was set in a good area.

We had a very pleasant experience. They offered us freshly made meals, had lots of options to choose from.

The stuff was superfriendly and absolutely kind, helped to choose bakeries and restaurants. Overall it was great-sized and beautifully designed, with a private bathroom.

The location in a very quite area was marvellous and unbeatable and there were shopping streets and a market nearby. Greatly enjoyed that it was 20 minutes' walk from the train station.

Loved Vienna, the hotel was incredibly beautiful and nice close to a subway station. The classic room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was fairly quiet with twin beds. This property was set in a central area adjacent to /from airport, both sightseeing and a shopping centre which was good for exploring:)))

Ideal hotel with stunning location easy to reach the sightseeings, and the breakfast was savoury. The staff members were all incredible and exceptionally nice. The room was neat, bed exceptionally comfortable.

I came here for 4 nights and had a very good stay. The hotel itself was fantastic and overall clean and the staff were knowledgeable, it had amazing location near the shopping district. The service was really great and the food was fresh.

The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, around 10-15 minutes walk from Mariahilfer Strasse. I truly enjoyed that it is set next to an underground station. Helpful and attentive staff, provided useful info. I had nicely furnished room with a great bathroom.

Tasty and very very good breakfast, functional premium king room. Very nice facilities, big bed. Good and excellent location in a downtown area really close to the metro station and shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse and central shopping area and bus and metro. 5 minutes walk from Torture museum.

The place was perfectly clean and staff were amazingly nice, I liked great location. Had a new-fashioned and silent room with a clean bathroom, TV channels, for example, and I couldn't ask for more.

It was quiet, good enough for rest. The staff were all really kind and very good. The location was marvellous and amazing close to everything, you may take train on Wien Westbahnhof train station within 10 minutes walk from here.

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Mariahilfer Strasse was magnificent and amazing. Located in a quiet street, it was easy to find.

the location was magnificent, within walking distance of wall. the rooms were spotless and with a clean bathroom, fridge air con safe box plus fair breakfast.

The restaurant was great for lunch and dinner, I tried hot dishes. I liked the beds, they were exceptionally comfortable, and how courteous and kind the staff was. Had no problem using their great parking, the internet was very good. The location was peaceful and best possible for visiting bars and restaurants not far from the hotel. Apart from that, Museum of Natural History Vienna was 5 minutes' drive away...

Cool place for a short stay and best and gentle staff. Incredible location for our visit to Wall a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Short walk to the metro, the Westbahnhof metro station, where except the U3 and U6 and main shopping street and U3 metro line.

The rooms are spotless and stylish and the continental breakfast offered has lots of dishes. The location is unbeatable and incredible, 3 km from a Baroque church.

We had 4 nights in Vienna, spend our time here excellently. Air-conditioned room with design furniture. The breakfast's price is €10 per person per day...

walking distance to gschamster diener, where you can have lunch. we liked our stay. it was definitely 4 stars for us.
