The venue has excellent location in the city centre within walking distance of many attractions.

The hotel was in the very central setting to tourist destinations. We stayed in impressive and absolutely fabulous room with wirh the windows poorly sound-proofed, and greatly enjoyed it. Throughout the day staff were lovely and great.

Traditional hotel in a very very nice area not far from many restaurants and the busiest pedestrian streets in Vienna. Had well-appointed and extremely pleasant room and a very good stay on a short visit.

We had a very comfortable stay at this classy hotel. It was clean, and the people were courteous. The location was great, 25 km to Vienna International airport, perfectly reachable. It was located in a pedestrian area.

Historic spot so close to the parliament, Burgtheatre and the most famous Museums like Albertina, the main shopping street with many restaurants and all the main tourist attractions and the opera house as well as excellent restaurants.

It's fairly clean hotel with excellent views and a lovely design. The setting is great, just next door to cafes / restaurants, all transportation and the center between St Stephan palace and Stadtoper, very relaxing area. 01. Innere Stadt district deserves your time and attention. The main bar is great.

Loved our classic queen room. The accommodation had a central location within walking distance of all the main landmarks. The place was beautifully kept, we would come here again.

They offered air-conditioned and stylish rooms with the bathroom and windows which open fully plus music.

The location was the best and top: shopping centres and a main shopping street were within walking distance. My classic double room was brand-new. I was here for 3 days and would come here again.

Really enjoyed the classic double room we had with a king size bed. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, right off the main shopping mall and the interior design was lovely. The staff was kind and perfect.

Decent base for discovering Vienna with reasonably good staff with excellent service. Magnificent and perfect setting in the very nice area, just next door to hop off bus stop and train station, and main shopping areas and monuments. Besides, easy to get to an official residence.

Peaceful place, it was fairly clean and had courteous staff from the chambermaids. Incredible very central location short walk to all the shops and sightseeing and restaurants, Neuer Markt better value, a real atmosphere and friendly staff and all shops and amenities. I ate at the non-smoking restaurant near the hotel.

Well, it was an incredible stay out of town. The restaurant here was excellent for breakfast, we both ordered amazing dishes.

I booked a well-equipped and tastefully decorated room complete with an opened bottle, great space, as for instance. The breakfast was delicious and the parking was nearby. The staff were friendly efficient people from the chambermaids, and location was the best and top.

the location was brilliant, for example, museum of natural history vienna was within walking distance of the hotel. it was a great area, a nice comfy base for me. classic queen room was elegant, the beds were big.

Had central location in the heart of Vienna. Besides, it was very close to the main shopping area, various other museums. Had bright room with AC, the bar and coffee machine for a very pleasant stay.

Comfortable beds, good location and staff. Services included free Wi Fi. It is undoubtedly a fantastic option when in Vienna😀

Figlmueller was 10 mins walk away. We liked the fact that we chose ambassador. Nice place for a trip in Vienna.
