Elaya Hotel Vienna City Center

I stayed here 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The bedroom was spotless and elegant. The breakfast was absolutely superb and available with egg & bacon, the options were and the alternatives in the surrounding cafés, the staff were really kind. The stay was absolutely excellent.

The location was great and brilliant, to major attractions in the old town and the interior design was interesting. The staff were very good and the breakfast was nice hot and varied for what the options were.

The breakfast was generous and varied and had a lot of food. Amazing very central location adjacent to all the main areas, the surrounding cafés and all the historic sites. We loved a real good stay at this hotel and would like to go back there again.

The venue is pleasant, it offers varied breakfast and has excellent location near the town centre, all the main attractions and the main shopping street.

Fairly quiet and bright units in separate floors. Elegant building, marvellous location just off a metro stop and on bus routes, main shopping areas and Staatsoper, Imperial Palace and Museums Quarter.

We liked having a bathtub. Great service, accommodating staff, the breakfast was varied! The location was quiet and best possible, at a walking distance from Museum of Natural History Vienna.

Very unfriendly staff!

Recommend because I loved it and did not want to leave. The place was quirky and fairly clean. It was in a quiet and brilliant location close to restaurants and bars. Besides, the area was quiet, next to Am Hof.

It's fabulous and charming place to stay 1 km away from a world-famous opera house. The location is unbeatable and awesome and they have parking nearby. Plus it's set in the nice enough area. The hotel has got a great restaurant.

Had a FAIRLY NICE stay on another Vienna visit, it met expectations. Everything was excellent, nonetheless a few employees were not particularly helpful.

We had deluxe double room with a bathtub, a surprise breakfast, for example. Tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge were available in the kitchen. The location was handy, relatively close to Austrian Parliament Building...

a safe, a work desk and a tv set were available in our junior suite. the staff was competent, the beds were comfortable.

Some people working there were very unhelpful.

Hotel’s position really close to vienna state opera and easy connection to the hofburg. The fact that the Stephansplatz subway station was some 15 minutes away was a plus
