The place was impeccably clean and charming small, had experienced and responsive staff at the reception desk. I was happy, the deluxe king room I booked came with all the facilities, a large window, a nice interior. Really nice restaurant provided authentic dishes.

The bedroom was exquisite and functional. And there was a lovely view over the rear. Good and amazing location, the hotel was minutes walking distance from a tram stop. Btw, it was just 10 min walk to downtown.

Good-sized room, fully-equipped in good condition. Bonus point for facilities to make tea, a seating area, and a hair dryer.

This hotel is great value and well priced, has ATTENTIVE employees at the reception desk. The location was magnificent and perfect close to the city center with public transportation very near.

Amazing and stunning location of the hotel, right by many more sites, the Belveder palace and grounds and major shopping streets and sights. Fab food and very good service.

It was well-appointed and nicely decorated, good enough for celebrating birthday. Efficient very central location close to Lower and Upper Belvedere, Near parks, and major sights and music venues. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby.

Asked for deluxe double room and it was nicely decorated with 2 single beds.

The bed was not comfortable, that's sad thing.

They gave us a well-appointed and brand-new room with bottled water, milk, for instance. The location was excellent and perfect and walking distance to a river and a park.

Overall it was fully-equipped, with a private bathroom. The location was nice and efficient, close to the train stations to get to the airport and overlooking the rear. We had lunch in Seafresh Fish Restaurant, located nearby.

The deluxe queen room with 2 twin beds, the window's plus the bedroom. Exceptionally nice location for our visit to a 19th-century Habsburg palace around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The location was superior, to everything we wanted to see with the time that we had, the view was nice, too. There was a good bar and good food at the gourmet restaurant.

Wonderful, beautiful location easy to get to the many possible routes back to the airport. Based near tram stops, major sights and music venues for concerts, and concerts.

Got the same single room on upper floors booked online, truly enjoyed that. Got extensive and delicious breakfasts with fresh fruit and grilled vegetables, as for instance. This was a wonderful location next to all the main attractions, main sights and train to Schonnbrun, and the Opera House, music hall and the Christmas Markets.

Didn't like the area, it was heavy tourist.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend, had a real good stay. The staff were especially helpful and very friendly all the time. The location in a fairly quiet area was unbeatable and there were the main shopping centre and a main shopping street nearby. The restaurant was really nice and food was tasty.

The location close to Opera House was magnificent and perfect. Well-appointed and brand-new units with tea and the bathroom, and the staff were attentive.

Make sure to get single room with cofee making facilities and daily water provided plus cofee. The interior is modern and design is nice.

Well, it was a very relaxing stay with such a wonderful first night in Vienna. The location was marvellous in Vienna centre, close to Schwarzenbergplatz. I ate at the gourmet restaurant near the hotel.

Handy and top location at a moderate distance from a large municipal park. Not far from Wien Mitte train station as well as the main tourist attractions.

Just a walk down to Cafe Sacher Wien, where you can have lunch. The location couldn't be more quiet. Suitable place for a city break in Vienna.

We could easily get to the hofburg and house of music was in front of the hotel. Good 4-star experience
